After the procedure, a daily routine of what to expect and what not to do are being sent and I must commend that because it requires a lot of work. Those messages makes it less stressful for me

I was a bit nervous before the procedure was done on my son, but the constant reassurance via pre and post procedure was excellent.

The staffs were very professional and make the environment so conducive and therapeutic. My baby was been careful care for and all informations via pre and post procedure was clearly explained and daily updates were also made.
