Bought a gift voucher so my son and family could have a nice meal a short drive from their home in Milton Keynes. They just found out that Middletons closed the Milton Keynes store. After contacting them, Middletons Customer Relations Manager suggested they drive with a 3 and 5 year old children a 3 hour rpund trip drive to their nearest Middletons to get what can only be described as mediocre food at best. They now have an expensive, worthless piece of paper.

We received such kindness at Norwich Middletons on 23rd December when my partner didn't feel well (not because of any food he had eaten!) Two members of staff went "above and beyond" in caring for my partner and I and one of them even drove us back to our hotel as a taxi wasn't available. Food and service absolutely wonderful. Thank you

Went to the Milton Keynes restaurant to celebrate my friends birthday, Callum couldn’t have done more for us, super attentive and accommodating. Food was excellent, I’d definitely come back :)

Booked a table in the evening for the Colchester Restaurant.
We both had a steak absolutely delicious food.
Lost a star because service could have been a little quicker & better, but overall good.

Thank you Maisie for the wonderful service that you provided yesterday (15 July). At the Chelmsford restaurant. The food was absolutely fabulous and all served with a smile making sure that our party was catered for. The Beef Wellington and the rib eye were both cooked to perfection compliments to the chefs too.

This was our first visit but definitely not the last. Thank you once again.

Went to Middletons on Timberhill in Norwich. Certainly not the cheapest, but you do pay for what you get. This is my second visit, celebrating my second sons 18th birthday.
We were served by Ivana, who was efficient and accommodating and it was a pleasure to be served by her.
Thoroughly enjoyed our evening we had here.

I'm writing this review simply to shout about our waitress Ivana. We visited as a group of 4 today and she was beyond fantastic. One of my friends messed up her own drink and unbeknownst to us, Ivana had overheard and without mentioning it had a new one sent over.

She was utterly fantastic and entirely the reason I would come back. Great drinks, great food and atmosphere. Even better staff!

Food was ok. Nicely presented but the meat wasn’t great and it’s not exactly cheap. The serving of lamb had too much fat and not enough meat. The beef was a bit tough.

The restaurant is in a great building but it was really cold due to the large front doors.

By no means terrible but I feel this is an honest review of our experience

Went to Middletons SHG in Middleton (just outside King's Lynn) with my partner for my birthday.

We were hosted by Augis, who was lovely, funny and charming and ensured we had a great night, the other waiting staff were all very friendly too.

The food was first class. Starters of deep fried calamari and baked camembert were quickly polished off. Mains of 8oz. & 16oz. Ribeye steaks with fries and coleslaw were some of the best meals we have ever had. The steak is cooked to perfection.

Thank you Middletons for a great birthday meal.

Went to Middletons for my birthday this week. Despite booking table we were told it would be 40 min wait for food. Then when food arrived it was wrong and we were told it would take another 20 mins to cook fresh. Waiter and Manager seemed fairly unapologetic and avoided us for the rest of the meal. Ruined my birthday. Won't be going back.

Went for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend, really lovely! Server was Nelson. (Milton Keynes) Really professional and was a very quick service. The food was amazing too! Definitely would come back !

Visited Middletons for the first time this week. The food was excellent only to be surpassed by the friendly staff. A great experience from start to finish. A special mention to Eleanor for her excellent service.

Bad experience at Milton Keynes Middleton , the steak was stale and also the sausages, I had a terrible meal and it was too salty , I left a note for the management team to improve because I was devastated by the amount of money we paid for a fail of meal , the chips smelled so bad and had a terrible taste
Kindly improve on your dishes or serve fresh meals .

Brilliant Sunday Steak dinner with great food and superb Service! I have visited the restaurant with a few of my friends and we have to say we were delighted by both the food and service. Amazing cuts of meat, beautifully suggested wine pairings, and a lovely atmosphere created by the whole team. We've got to give our compliments to the Chef and our waiter Augis, who both have made this a wonderful experience!

The expectation is if you pay for a 8oz steak you get it, not a 5oz one. And when you ask the management why, the answer is our steaks shrink while cooking.That's true up to a certain level but if it shrinks to the level of 5oz steak why bother to pay more?? However what's more disturbing is how peterboro restaurant's manager treats customers with a patronizing manner and definitely with an attitude that he can't care less. Unbelievable! No need to go there when you can have better service elsewhere!

My wife and I were presented with a gift voucher for Middletons in Peterborough for our 30th Wedding Anniversary.
We managed to, after months of holding onto the voucher, get a meal for 2 at Middletons.
We had steak and the lady on duty was very helpful as my wife was unsure if Medium or well done? The lady advised medium/well done and I had mine medium rare.
The steaks were done to perfection! Great advice from the lady on duty, who knew what was required - Great product knowledge to give the customer a great experience. Loads of chips and lovely mushroom and grilled tomato.
Been to Middletons a few times and my wife has been more than I and we both can't fault the place.
The lady who served us was Alexa. Great service, very accommodating and amazing customer service.

My wife & I went out for a lovely Sunday lunch & our local Middletons restaurant & it was really good.
Our food was fantastic & the service was great.
