let me start this off by saying, this is a one month to 2 month old issue i have been experiencing:

MICROSOFT REWARDS IS A SCAM.

this summer, (a few months ago), i started using microsoft rewards because i found out that it was now available in my country. i worked on getting points for a few weeks. and at one point i finally had 1500 points, enough to redeem 100 robux.

i try to redeem it, and it says that the order cannot be completed, and that i should try again later, and if i am unable to complete this order after 24 hours, then i should contact customer support.

so i try again and again, NOTHING.

by the way, quick reminder that i had the amount of points that i needed, okay?

a month later, i try again. SAME THING, I CANNOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. and now, around more than a month later, today i tried to redeem 100 robux.

AND GUESS WHAT? I cannot complete the order, huh.

so tell me why, microsoft, why can't i complete my order FOR MORE THAN A MONTH ALREADY?
I LITERALLY HAVE 300+ MORE POINTS THAN THE AMOUNT I NEED TO REDEEM 100 ROBUX (you need 1500 points to redeem 100 robux).

microsoft rewards has wasted my time.

i was expecting to get point what i got was nothing

I got banned after going on holiday for a few days. Even though it's stated that you can earn rewards while abroad in their t's and c's. I raised this with MS customer services, who repeatedly ignored my messages and sent multiple bot responses. When someone did finally respond, they just said that they would not help me.

La mia famiglia ha vari accounts microsoft rewards, quindi ho un quadro generale abbastanza chiaro delle problematiche in essere.
Le sequenze a volte saltano anche se tu completi ogni cosa regolarmente e fai pure più volte la ricerca tramite bing quel giorno, ecco, questo resta il principale problema, a mio giudizio.
Su di un account la protezione sequenze si è esaurita in un mese, nonostante si entrasse ogni giorno nel proprio account.
Altri due funzionano meglio, ma se uso il browser BRAVE ho notato che la ricerca interna con BING non produce punti, se non dopo centinaia di tentativi.

i got 1 giftcard in one month completely free. the reason i am giving it four stars and not five is because you kinda have to pick at it for sometime but if you are willing to spend around 2 hours each day doing the offers, searches, and xbox rewards. it is pretty good

I punti sono stati ridimensionati, ma usando l'app di Bing sul cellulare e facendo ricerche dal PC, ci sono 210 punti giornalieri, una volta che si è passati al livello 2 (è molto semplice, basta accumulare punti per un po' di giorni). Io mi trovo ancora bene

I won £400 on Microsoft rewards spin the wheel which really shocked me 4 years of constantly spending my points on these games thinking they was fixed and then boom I won £400 gift card, I receive an email confirming so after doing this I was told I would receive my gift in the next 24 hours. 5 days later still nothing. So I reached out to the multi billion pound company and asked where is my gift card that I had won only to receive a reply as if I was lying or something I’ve had to send proof of my win screen shots etc. And still after doing this I’m getting no reply i really thought of all the companies in the world that Microsoft would be one of the most trustworthy but it seems I am very wrong and now reading all these reviews I am literally got smacked that they act this way so if any one from MS is reading this PLEASE SEND ME MY PRIZE THAT I WON FAIR ANF SQUARE. Pués hombre, nada me sorprende con ese horrible nota de 1.8 de estrellas en un contraste bastante violento por un lado en Browser es aceptable pero si tienen defecto como los traductor de idiomas que son tediosas me cambian solo con un idioma nada que ver.
Voy al otro el famoso Rewards es muy bueno pero son muy sirvenguenzas y ladrones a la hora de canjear premio me piden número móvil y sale " en este momento no funciona con ese método, use otro método.
Fui a revisar, dice agregue su número y ooppss dice revise otro método por el momento no funciona.
Típicos de las apps que son estafas.
Es tanta la indignación voy a desisntalar el Browser. Que decepción de los ordinarios que abusan a la gente.

I have tried to get a gift card and the first steps went well then it came to the "Confirm Reward" button which only refreshed the page and I checked everywhere on Microsoft to find where it was sent then I properly inspected and it just refreshed the page and I found out it was happening ever since 2022 with another person meaning that Microsoft still hasn't fixed it for 2 years.

Took my points won’t let me try to get them back straight scam smh

Microsoft rewards will not honor it's obligation to pay out due to having VOIP phone service. There is nowhere in Microsoft that specifies this "rule" and it is discriminatory.

this site is a waste of time do not use it i have spent time trying to get points and when i tried to exchange them for a giftcard i get this error order cannot be completed

I scanned several receipts and after every 6th submission. It says "one of your submissions was invalid". They didn't even bother to fix it. They tricked me to do a one quick survey and my mistake i clicked "it's good". I decided to stop and uninstall. It's just wasting my time. I even subscribed for Microsoft 365.

I'm now giving Microsoft Rewards 4 stars as they re-instated it's Coles card. It's just not in the list anymore. Offer may be taken away by mistake. All good.

Don't get me wrong. If you want free stuff, it's great. However it's extremely tedious and slow, just the way Microsoft intended it to be. You used to be able to hit your daily cap in under 10 minutes, but now Microsoft has put resources in time into making a system to slow down our earning, instead of fixing the bugs they actually need to focus on. In the end this service is just a way to get you to spend more money and artificially drive up usage numbers on Microsoft services that aren't typically used (COUGH COUGH BING). This site can be extremely annoying, but is trustworthy since it's Microsoft. Don't fall into their trap.
