Due volte ho potuto riscattare, con i punti di Microsoft Rewards, buoni Amazon. Invece, da diversi giorni appare questo messaggio "Così popolare che stiamo facendo rifornimento! Torna a breve!" e... E non capita niente né permettono di riscattare un buono. Sembra strano che per rifornire la pagina usino tanti giorni. (20/3/2026)
Dopo diverse settimane, è stato possibile riscattare un buono Amazon. Aggiungo questo commento il 21/4/2026. Speriamo che tutto proceda meglio in avvenire.

I looked forward to this feature on Microsoft in the past, but noticed it was changing. Mow it's not worth the time or effort. Points cut in half, and they still expect you to invite others to experience the disappointment that you feel now.
They increased the amount you have to accumulatem to gain the pittance they now offer. Their contest entries aren't worth it anymore for the points you have to give up to enter.
{And besides this, Windows 11 is a bomb waiting to go off. It's like they just terrorized our devices.}
It's pushed me to think seriously to dump my Windows device and go to MAC.
I think after this experience I'm going to continue over the next few month's to finish accumulating the Points I need to gain the Pittance that they offer, cash out , and say SAYONARA.
Just who's bright idea was this Microsoft? We're getting screwed by everyone today, and you jump on board to screw us as well!

I have twice recommended friends using THEIR link! I have not only receive zero points for my referral (when I have actually watched my friends using it), it doesn't even acknowledge that I have actually referred anyone. They keep replying to my queries with their 'unusual activity' response. The only reasons that I have given them one star is because a) You can't give zero or negative stars and b) I am getting my points. Not sure how long I will keep it up as I feel Microsoft are being disingenuous to the extreme!

They blocked me for months from cashing in my points because I was using their search function to quickly. The “support” team was totally useless! They would only use a set corporate response to questions and never directly addressed concerns. When my account was finally restored they blocked me from gaining access to Amazon gift cards. I give up! Totally useless! This rewards system supposedly is to encourage people to use Microsoft products. Instead, they use it to drive customers away!

The rewards program is good when it works correctly. The problem is Microsoft doesn't seem to care if it is working correctly for you. I have had the same issue for over 3 weeks for the search 3 times feature not working correctly. If I get a response from them it's always the same thing, clear browser cache, make sure your not using VPN,uninstall reinstall app, or send them snapshot of the problem. It's evident the problem is not on my end. It's like how many times do I have to uninstall/reinstall, clear browser cache before they see that's not working....

I think 500 points is worth about 35 cents. I accepted one of their offers and installed it on my iPad. 500 points. Then instead of showing up the offer mysteriously disappeared. Contacted technical support to let them know about the issue. Not only refuse to give me my points but basically accused me of lying. Said to send them a picture of the app on my iPad. Easy. Then they wanted a screenshot of the offer. Like anybody takes screenshots of stuff like that. Not worth my time for 35 cents. I sent the picture of the app on my iPad and of course they sent me a letter telling me that I didn't qualify for the points. These guys should be ashamed.

J ai demandé avec mes points une carte cadeau Amazon comme decathlon ne fonctionnait pas. Et je n ai pas eu le mail qui permet de débloquer la carte Amazon, il faut un code qui est dans ce mail. De plus j avais contacté le service client car impossible d avoir une carte décathlon alors que d habitude pas de soucis, et pas de réponse du service client aores deux semaines. Donc j arrête maintenant de cliquer pour avoir des points.

Ive looked through the reviews of this service, and they are unbelievable. This has not only happened to me, but also to others. When we come to redeem our rewards, our accounts get SUSPENDED, which is really annoying and frustrating after searching for adverts over multiple days to receive rewards. THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been searching on Bing for Microsoft rewards and other searches for 15 years. Since it's onset. It was called "Bing Rewards" then. And it was so wonderful then. Now, they let AI do their work for them. And AI is not always correct. In my case it wasn't. It was the hair that broke the camel's back. Out of the clear blue sky, they decided that instead of doing my searches on my time. I could only do my searches every 20 minutes. It took the whole day and part of the night to do my searches. They called it a "Pause." I did this for one month. Then Microsoft Rewards told me I had "Unusual Activity." I didn't. AI got it wrong. I got 10,500 points at the end of that long month, but they refused to give me my $10.00 Amazon Gift Certificate. And they were going "watch my searches from now on". I told them since they didn't give my my $10.00 Amazon Gift Certificate, I no longer wanted to be doing any Microsoft Rewards. And everytime I go to Bing, I now sign out. So they couldn't follow my searches anymore. Like I said, I have been doing this for 15 years and never a problem till now. I am not a child. I will not put up with this anymore. Even reviews on Trustpilot are 1.3 stars. People are now leaving in droves. No more Amazon Gift Certificates. I have no use for them anymore! Good Riddance Microsoft Rewards. AI sucks on microsoft. I wont be bothered anymore. YAY!

In contrast to what some people say, Microsoft Rewards does offer real rewards. I just got a $5 Amazon gift card. However, it takes quite a bit of time to achieve those rewards. It really depends on whether you have the time and energy to get those points. You could just search things up on Edge only when you need to, but it'll take even longer.

Ist leider ein Scam. Die gesammelten Punkte werden nicht ausgezahlt. Sobald eine Prämie angefordert wird, wird das Konto gesperrt.

Absolute scam. I've been using Microsoft Rewards for over 6 months now, but for the past month or two I've been unable to redeem my 12,000 points. I've contacted support who responded, asked for screen shots (which I sent) and now I'm being ignored. I've reached out 4 more times with absolutely no response.

Furthermore, I go to reddit to find a fix and a load of other people are having this same issue. One of the fixes someone mentioned was to remove the phone number and add it again, however, Microsoft being Microsoft I now can't add my number back, so my account is without a number. Wonderful.

This is a trillion dollar company btw who can't get their act together and actually fix issues that people are having. Absolutely useless support and abhorrent service from one of the biggest companies in the world. They should be ashamed.

Take ages to get reward not worth the bother.

Gift cards can be easily obtained and purchased by earning Microsoft Rewards points. For those who think they can earn points with a little effort and shop with their family, this is a good site. Get a gift card and find out. It's a good medium for me and everyone.

Microsoft is making a fortune off its bing rewards program and now refusing to follow through on redemptions for gift cards or games. When support is contacted they respond with a canned answer that is actually a list of accusations from them on how the user violated their 'rules'. They make the rules so vague, there's no way to actually know what they expect from users. It seems they'd prefer a class action suit for failure to live up to their own TOS.

Millions of people are not violating microsoft's terms of service, they rob people of their hard earned rewards to save themselves money, period. It's pure attempted gas lighting on microsoft's part to try to make millions of people believe they actually violated microsoft's terms of service when very few people, if any, actually do. It never used to happen and now it happens to millions of people 24/7? Gimme a break.

I have 13,000 points accrued and when I try to redeem a notice comes up my account has been locked for fraud. All I do is search and try to play the game as they require but what a scam!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE BING for anything.

Niente. Mi dicono che mi mandano un sms con un codice per verificare l'identità ma non arriva nulla. Ho contattato l'assistenza, mi hanno ignorato del tutto.

I used Microsoft Rewards since January. I got lots of rewards. I used their search suggestions to get points Then they limited the number of times you could search and then they restricted my account! I didn't cheat! I used their search suggestions. I can still get points if I want but I can't redeem them. Every day I try. So, they let me keep using points without notifying me that I couldn't redeem them. I email them every day and get the exact same form email back. They will not respond as to when I can redeem my points except to say that if I search within their guidelines it will be released. I tried just doing a few searches a day. Nothing. This has been going on for over a month, and I still can't redeem. I will not use Bing or any Microsoft product now. Someone wrote that we should contact advertisers or sue. Please email me to be included in anything.
