Microkeeper Arvostelua

Microkeeper's support and training, and the product itself are all brilliant. I am not tech-minded, and have never done payroll before. I needed to start doing STP for my own small business. My accountant had me sitting in his office for most of a day trying to hook me up to MYOB STP and we had only just begun: another day was going to be required. MYOBs on-line registrations were not going through but he had to ring in and wait on line for ages to learn that. Not impressed.

So on my own, I set up Microkeeper to do STP payruns and super and PAYW for myself. The quick setup guide has lots of built-in explanations to help you get it right, and works well. When I struck any problems, or wanted information, the tech support people were available within a short time by email or phone, and they even gave me a free 15min Google Meet to get me going. The support people know their product extremely well and give fast, practical and effective advice. And the product works so easily and well. I really recommend them, especially for someone who is really new to this stuff.

Amazing customer service. They go beyond normal assistance with their tech support and are so patient. Highly recommend

First time having an app for the roster and it’s been great. So easy to access, check and adjust in those times when something pops up

I’ve just been hired by a company that uses Microkeeper and the whole set up was super easy. My details have been recorded and everything felt secure and easy. Very simple and intuitive app design gives you the information you require without any hassle. Good job developers and designers!

I’m very happy with my experience here , so quickly and efficient

Very easy to use, very simple and everything is done on the website so you don’t have to worry about papers and keeping track of everything.

Good loved the service

Easy to navigate, clean User Interface Design.

An affordable easy to use system that covers all components of managing business administration payroll. I especially love the integration with compatible software and that it’s suited to all trade/service fields.
Microkeeper especially excels in customer service. Being Australian owned and based all service is local and the communication from staff is clear and efficient.
I would happily recommend for use within any small business

its like the best personal assistant out there in the form of an app in my pocket!!! Controls all my payrolls and rosters in minutes without any complaints and helps me get to work on time how great is that

Micro Keeper is excellent source of information of employees and keeps track of each and every detail what is required in an company.

Microkeeper's Core HR is so handy. It's meant that I've managed to navigate the complexity world of HR for my small business, without the need to hire HR staff

This is by far the best way I have found to manage my business and staff. I have found it to be very rewarding and easy to use. Rosters timesheets and payroll are a breeze for me now!

Microkeeper is a super useful app that helps keep things simple.

Very innovative when it comes down to staffing and payroll

great service love the app 5 stars all the way

Have used Microkeeper in the past and found it simple to use, flexible and consistent. It doesn't take a genius to operate and the inclusions are incredible, everything that i need in one.

Works well on my device I can track my hours and all the of the good stuff. My boss has a tablet at the dairy which we use to logon, most of the time it works but as every app has its moments when it doesn't want to work. But overall good app highly recommend.
