I ordered 2 carat total for my daughter and 3 carat studs for myself both in platinum.
The diamonds were all D quality and vs or vss inclusions .

The communication was great, and very professional. I ordered 2cttw and 1cttw diamond studs as my ears are double pierced. They are beautiful!

I really wanted to love this purchase because the diamonds themselves are absolutely stunning. I purchased the 2 CTW diamond studs in 14k gold for $850, and when I finally received them, I was extremely happy with the quality and appearance of the diamonds. They are beautiful earrings and look fantastic on.

Unfortunately, the experience with the setting, posts, and screw backs has been disappointing.

I placed my order in mid-June and, after more than five weeks without receiving the earrings, I reached out by email to find out where they were. They finally arrived at the end of July. When I received them, the post on one earring was noticeably bent and the screw back would not thread smoothly onto the post. Because forcing a screw back can damage or strip the post, I sent the earring back the very next day for repair.

It was gone for another approximately three weeks. When I received it back in mid-August, the post was straight, but the screw back still did not go on smoothly. At that point, I took the earrings to my local jeweler to find out what was going on. My jeweler showed me that the post on the repaired earring was noticeably thinner than the post on the other earring — apparently a different gauge. That explained why the original screw back was no longer fitting properly.

My jeweler was able to find a screw back that fit reasonably well, although not perfectly, which cost me an additional $50. The replacement back is also less comfortable and irritates my ear more when sleeping than the original back on the other earring.

I genuinely love the diamonds and do not regret the stones themselves — they are stunning. But after waiting more than five weeks for the original order, immediately having to send one earring back, waiting another three weeks for the repair, and ultimately paying my own jeweler to address the screw-back issue, I’m disappointed in the quality and consistency of the setting.

For an $850 pair of diamond studs, I expected the posts and screw backs to be properly matched, durable, and comfortable from the beginning. I’m concerned that the posts may continue to be problematic and that I may eventually have to pay to have them replaced.

Beautiful diamonds, but unfortunately the craftsmanship and after-purchase repair experience did not match the quality of the stones.

The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, and made a ring that my wife absolutely loved.

I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Michael Gabriels. This wasn't simply excellent customer service, it was an exceptionally personal experience made even more special by genuinely kind people.
I ordered a pair of diamond stud earrings as a very special gift for my daughter's Sweet 16. From the beginning, the communication was incredibly warm, personal, thoughtful, and kind. When they learned these earrings were for such an important milestone, they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was perfect and that they arrived in plenty of time.
The earrings already included free shipping, but Michael Gabriels went above and beyond and upgraded the shipment to FedEx Priority Overnight at no additional charge.
Then the earrings arrived...and they are absolutely STUNNING. Photos don't begin to capture how gorgeous they are in person. Each diamond also came with its own individual IGI certificate, which I really appreciate and makes such a special piece of jewelry feel even more complete.
And then I discovered another surprise: I ordered F-color diamonds, and Michael Gabriels upgraded BOTH diamonds to D color; the highest diamond color grade. They didn't announce it or make a production out of it. I discovered it myself when I compared my order with the IGI certificates. I was honestly blown away.
As beautiful as the earrings are, what impressed me just as much was the personal kindness behind this entire experience. The emails never felt canned, cold, or transactional. They were genuinely warm, enthusiastic and supportive. I felt like I was communicating with people who understood that these weren't simply earrings to me, they were part of celebrating my daughter's Sweet 16 and the beginning of a meaningful jewelry tradition I hope she carries with her throughout her life.
It's increasingly rare to encounter a company that combines a phenomenal product with this level of personal attention, generosity and genuine kindness. Michael Gabriels didn't merely fulfill my order, they exceeded what I ordered, exceeded my expectations, and became a wonderful part of a very special memory for our family.
Five stars genuinely doesn't feel like enough. I would purchase from Michael Gabriels again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry backed by truly exceptional people and customer care.

I purchased a 6 ct oval eternity ring from this jeweler. They did an excellent job and I received the ring within a week although they told me it could be up to two weeks. They communicate with me throughout the process and when I changed my mind about the carat size, they were quick to respond and alter my original order to meet my new request. They shipped the package directly to my home per my request in a very discreet package requiring signature. The ring was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful. They even asked that I message them upon receiving the ring to assure them that I got it and that it was what I wanted. Their prices were the best around for similar eternity bands and highly competitive. I can’t wait to order from them again.
