Mia Zurich Arvostelua 

Was not made aware that the company was in Switzerland, tried to cancel my order when I realised (all communications after the order were made in German). They conveniently answered several days after the order just after the order had been sent out. Impossible to return, and they didn't give me the details to return the goods (such as the address). Some of the email address they use don't work, including the one the answer from. They only answered to let me know that the deadline for return was past - just after the deadline when o have contacted them over 10 days prior to the deadline. Some of the goods are ok, some have a false description on the website, some are of poor quality. I do not recommend!!

Do not trust the fake 5 star reviews. The quality is poor. The company has rebranded themselves as Mia Boutique. Luckily I could figure this out. They have not refunded me for returned product. Actually I had to ship it to China, I provided proof and the package remains in customs for 4 weeks now. So I don’t recommend this approach as I lost 35Chf for this shipment. It requires Mia Boutique company in China to accept the package and obviously it’s not happening. So 35 shipping and 120 for poor quality products in China now is not acceptable. I won’t order online again unless I have been in the companies physical store.
