I've had two great orders delivered in the UK with excellent service and products. However, my third international order was disappointing due to poor communication and a missing tracking number after the package was lost in transit.

The issue was eventually resolved after leaving a review, and a replacement was sent. They've now improved their process by storing international tracking numbers longer. Despite this, I’ll keep ordering from Mgoz as they make great products. I appreciate their efforts to fix the issue and wanted to share an honest review 💚
