I was looking for a red ski jacket and MGG Denali looked fantastic. The website was very clear and I loved the back story. I contacted the company to check delivery timescales as I had a upcoming trip planned. I was assured that delivery would be within two business days. So I ordered the jacket! Checkout process ( which is often not the case) was clean and intuitive.

Then there was a delay with the courier!..

No matter as MGG kept me fully informed including offering sending another direct to resort if needed! That is definately exceptional customer service. Jacket arrived on time. The product looks and feels absoulutely perfect. The attention to detail like the zipper pulls with the MGG logo are great. I ordered XL as that is my normal size and this was a good fit for me, but again MGG offerered an exchage if jacket was too small, too big.
Any company that makes great products and then on top of this has personalised customer service with a real human instead of chats bots and disinterested call centres will do well. Would not hesitate to buy again and highly reccomend.

I ordered a ski touring jacket which arrived very promptly. Its a lovely jacket in many ways but unfortunately the pockets do not suit my purpose. Other than that I really like the jacket and wish that I could keep it. I applied for a refund. I don't usually write reviews but have on this occasion because I received an immediate and very helpful response which really encourages me to buy from the company again.
