Great jacket
Great jacket, it’s so light and very warm. I love the shape of the back, there’s no chance of a gap. The sleeves are really long and the hand warmers are just great. It’s obviously very well made

Prompt response and fast delivery
Prompt response and fast delivery is on good side. A bit tricky payment procedure that required clicking in a bit illogical way was first difficult to understand. In regards of product - grey ski pants - it is just typical softshell material and I'm afraid that colour on my monitor does not match the colour of the actual product. Actual colour is more purpleish grey. So a bit of disappointment as the pants do not match with my existing jacket. No idea about performance yet, but I feel like the product is a bit overpriced. Service, however, is excellent.
