14 Days ended yesterday according to your chronological order. But still no funds reflected on my account today 14th May 2024.
Today is the 15th of May MG CLOTHING is not answering my emails any more, how do we support local business if they behave like this. This people are scammers. I opened a complain on NCC on this case. I wont stop until I get my money back. I wont let any one to violate my consumer writes. I'll keep communicating with them even if they no longer answer back may emails.
''Bring Back my money MG CLOTHING''
Good day

''Thanks for your message.

We have received and noted your message that you have forwarded the query to the NCR for further review whilst your refund was being processed.

In the last 2 days, you have sent more than 10 emails to different departments. That amounts to abuse and bullying however it's okay.

We changed the status of your enquiry from "refunds query" to "legal enquiry" as per your request. This department will no longer be handling your query until further notice.

Our legal team will be on standby for correspondence with the NCR.

Kind regards,
MG Clothing Team

I'm happy with everything, i get from your store.

The quality is excellent and I received my sneakers in 2 days

I ordered a pair of Air Force 1 for my daughter as it's her birthday month and her birthday attire or theme. The delivery was quick but I was very disappointed by the quality of the shoes, one could say that I was sold fake sneakers. I wanted to return them for a full refund but my daughter is going on holiday in the North West. I wanted to buy a pair of Diesel sneakers for my self but I doubt I will be purchasing anything from them again.

The quality of the product, service delivery they are out of this world. Thanks mg clothing

After sales service was awesome and they exchanged the item soon.thank you

Seamless, ordering paying and receiving the package. Used MG before and will continue to do so based on the above experience

I have received my parcel in time , I am a happy customer
With Mgclothes you won't go wrong,

You always put your customers first. Your service is fast. Thank you so much for good customer service.

I purchased shoes size 7 and instead I received big size which I believe is size 8 because size because on the shoes label sizes are only written in Eur 42 which is equal to size 8 in South African size. South African size 7 is equal to Euro size 40/41. I believe I was sold bigger intentionally because label on the shoes' box that was supposed to show correct size has been removed. I repeat South African shoe size 7 is equal to Eur size 40 NOT Eur 42 as all my 5 pairs of sneakers which are all size 7s are written size EUR 40/41. I'm very disappointed with this treatment I received from your online team as I was planning to wear the shoes tommorow at our year end celebration at work 😥😭

I ordered Airforce size 5, den I received size 6 and I really don't understand how it happened bcs d box is written size 5 bt d sneaker is size 6

I bought wrong size and when I raised it before they could courier it they gladly changed the size...

It’s easy to buy clothes from MG Clothing website, they deliver very fast

Service good quality

I bought a pair of sneaker at 2021 but even today it looks like new because of the quality of the product.
