The bed itself looked good quality but it was missing all the hardware, so we couldn’t assemble the bed. We spent over a week going back and forth with customer service and still didn’t receive any answers. They just kept saying they were chasing the supplier up who wasn’t responding. Eventually I got fed up and asked for a refund. They collected the bed a week ago and we still haven’t received the refund. Terrible experience.
