Very helpful

Very helpful getting me back into my app after I forgot my details
Knocked 1 star off for 1 reason, the apps functionality is not very good very basic. Otherwise recommended

I applied for a loan

I applied for a loan. Was told to make 6 weekly instalments and then funds will be released to me. Went in after 6th instalment and was still rejected with a silly reason. They only gain from you but don't help you. Disappointed!!!

The experience with dealing with the…

The experience with dealing with the staff members are always great and very helpful.

But I'm having some difficulties in accessing my accounts on the app and not getting access and if I could get some help with It I would really appreciate it

Queries dealt with well

I called MFCU with a couple of queries, they were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by the girl on the phone. Very satisfied.

Robots won’t work

Staff very helpful both in store , online and over the phone . Only thing is that you can’t save over 30K . Banks wanting all the business again. We will have nothing left in time . It will be too late to go back to old ways before we know it .
