This product is garbage! The unit came with bits chipped out of it, the screw guides don't fit properly, the screws themselves are weak topped and bare off very quickly, the website itself when looking to contact or complain is not fit for purpose !! All in all this another BS start up selling cheap crap from China DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!

Was very skeptical purchasing from Mews as the reviews were very mixed. But I was impressed, I ordered the Corona Family set of coffee table, side board and bookcase.

Instructions were very straight forward and had no missing items. I know some past reviews have said items have arrived damaged but mine arrived in a timely manner without damage.

I can’t comment on customer service as I haven’t needed to contact them. Also just a note I purchased my items via The Range.

I found a new and used beautiful Corona pine bed on Amazon and bought it, when it arrived it came in such shoddy boxes I was even a bit worried that the bed would be damaged but luckily after unpacking it all the bed itself was fine, it was a used bed so there are a few small nicked and dents, after putting on both sides panels I noticed one corner had badly split where the screws were, I took it all apart again and found both the bed side panels had actually had a big split, making the bed unusable. MEWS asked for pics, I showed them, after an entire day of basically being accused and told I had put the headboard and footboard together INCORRECTLY they continued today to proceed to tell me that a small dent was the cause of the split... Thus my fault but they admitted in the last email I HAD in fact put it together correctly. They were looking for anything to blame me. Disgusting company and robot like people!!!

Well what can I say? We initially ordered to Corona Bedside cabinets. They arrived promptly. Easy to assemble.Great product.
We also ordered a 2+ 2 Corona Chest of drawers. Once again quick delivery and excellent service/ product.

Poor. Having received a faulty chest of drawers with a broken part and another missing I contacted them. Admittedly covid got in the way but after many ignored emails I still haven’t received a reply. Shoddy workmanship and non existent customer support. Avoid

They don’t even deserve one star! Brought a corona corner unit for the driver to not only leave it outside the wrong address but also sign for it on my behalf pretty sure that’s fraud! Customer service has been appalling won’t refund me because it’s been signed for…

I was a bit concerned having read some of the reviews on here but product and service were great. No problems!

I have just purchased a Corona Mexican Solid Pine 4ft 6ins Double bed frame and just like the instructions which were crystal clear, it only took 60 minutes to assemble (as a novice). The quality of Pine was first class and with my new mattress on top, it is really sturdy and comfortable. I did however find the product slightly cheaper online, but Mews immediately price matched and it was also offered with free delivery, so I did not miss out on getting the cheapest price. I would definitely recommend and if needs be, also take advantage of their price match option.

Ordered Corona drawers from Amazon. Box arrived with no instructions or screws. Side of box said 2 of 2, so half of it was missing. Amazon gives the Mews customer support telephone number, when you ring an automated voice says to email Mews. When you email Mews they say the order is nothing to do with them and it's an Amazon issue. Amazon is automated and begins a return.....Back to Mews. It's all fun and games.

Bought a similar cabinet from Ebay and the quality was better than Mews version. Some of the pieces of wood were really badly stained and looked awful. The wood was extremely soft but somehow still managed to split when screwing it together as there were no pilot holes. I then had to superglue the split piece back together which is not something you should have to do on a brand-new item. I ended up having to drill my own holes to prevent further damage to the rest of it. The dowels to hold the pieces together easily fell out as the dowels were far too small and/or the holes were far too big. You could not even use glue as the fit was so bad the glue would end up being used as a filler.

It was suppose to take 60 minutes to build but it took me and my girlfriend 6 hours! There is no way you could build this cabinet in 1 hour even if your life depended on it.

I sent Mews an e-mail with pictures of the damaged parts and so far, have been completely ignored. I would never buy from them again. The cabinet may have been £10 less than other places but the amount of extra hassle and lower quality should have made it much less. Not impressed.

Edit - Mews have asked Trustpilot for my order ID as they obviously don't like my review. They still have not replied to my e-mail directly to them of course.

Now they have doubled down and flagged my review demanding order confirmation etc. If only they put this amount of effort into replying to their customers and resolving the actual issue rather than trying to take down truthful negative reviews.

Disgusting behavior and I have no choice but to give them 1 star. Wish I could give them less.

Company is not contactable.

Ordered some bed-side tables. One of them was missing some screws. Tried calling a few times on different days at different times, always got an "our operators are unavailable, please send an email" which leads me to believe they don't listen to their phone line. The website contact form doesn't work as it complains about an error. I've had no response from their email address.

I bought the items because they were on sale, but the same items were available from BnQ for £1 more. In future I'll use a different store.

I was very impressed with their customer service, all my emails were answered in less than 24 hours and my problem was solved in a very professional manner. I will order again from them if I need more furniture. I am very pleased with the console table I bought and I want to thank them for their help.

A company that has no ethics to run a business. They do not have a working customer care number specifically to escape their foul plays. They would only reply to your emails if it is of their profit and not care about what the customer is/has gone through via their poor quality products.

I had ordered Corona 2 Door 1 Shelf Flat Screen TV Unit - Mexican Solid Pine, but it was shockingly very poor quality - not waxed at all and very different from what was advertised. I emailed the customer care for a return upon which the regular excuse was that I had to send it back myself and then later get the delivery charges refunded. I had sent it using the very basic royal mail service (costs £20) as advised by them but they never refunded my costs and neither replied to my emails. I had even sent them all the proofs (pics of the poor quality table) but still no response to my emails.

Highly unprofessional and poor quality products.

I must say I was very impressed on how fast customer service responded to my email and then within 24 hours I received another top to my cabinet as the first one had a slight split on it. I am pleased with the corona cabinet for the price I paid looks well after assembling which was a bit lengthy due to the poor instruction. But all in all value for your money.

I have to say that I am really impressed with this company. We made an order one day and received it before 11am the next day. I think that's excellent service. The cabinet is good quality, the only thing I would say is the shelf probably needs a bit more support, but that's not a problem, we are really pleased with it.

Sunday 6th December, after a little time exploring the Internet I found the Mews website and was surprised to find the product I wanted at a far better price than anywhere else selling the same item. It was a bigger surprise to find delivery was included. I placed the order and received the sideboard the following Tuesday. Incredible service.

The sideboard is now fully assembled and in place and looks very pleasing. The only additional work was to apply several coats of beeswax and buff to a nice finish.

I see this company receives a wide spectrum of reviews but my experience was entirely positive.

After being let down by two other furniture companies what a pleasant surprise it was to be treated so well.
I had been waiting four weeks in total from two other companies who let me down after the delivery times had passed.
I ordered the same exact products on Thursday afternoon and they were with me on Friday afternoon!
Perfectly packaged, no damage and delivery company were COVID sensitive.

Bought a trio of Corona furniture from this company. Good quality. Delivery was prompt and free of charge, which was a bonus. Very pleased overall.
