Metro Self Storage Arvostelua 3

I had a terrible experience with Metro Self Storage - Woodbridge, NJ. A group moving in with a huge truck took up half the space at the entrance, which is designated for car parking, blocking others. They even asked us to move our car for their convenience, despite us being parked correctly and also needing to move our belongings. Their trolley hit our car, and when we confronted them, the group threatened us and nearly kind of became violent.

The most alarming part is that the MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE EVEN AFTER WE COMLPAINED. They didn’t bother moving the truck to the designated loading/unloading area. This is a serious concern. The management should enforce strict guidelines for truck parking and unloading. It appears they are indifferent to these issues, allowing anyone to park trucks anywhere. They should at least implement specific timeslots for trucks to prevent such problems.

I hope the upper management takes note of this issue and instructs the branch representatives to ensure trucks are not parked randomly and to prioritize customer safety.

Had a bad customer service experience with Manager Eliza at Des Plaines, IL location.

Was looking for vehicle storage solutions. Spoke with Eliza, she was argumentative, insensitive and and completely lacked understanding of customer service.

Phone call ended with her hanging up on me.

After posting my review metro self storage sent me a generic email asking me to call the same location and speak to the same person who hung up on me. What a joke, no value on making corrections to customer service flaws,

Don't ever do an auction with this company. They make you put your cleaning deposit on a card and even though they credit it back to your card and give you a receipt they never give it back. They try to keep your money and only way you can get them to call you back to try and fix problem is threaten them. This is the worst company ever.
