The help from the design department was above and beyond. The pins turned out amazing, and the only issue was that we wanted the rubber clutch and we got metal. But, with a simple email we were able to get them replaced.

I will for sure be using Metro Pins again in the future.

While the pins were cute and the price was great, there were two things I specifically asked about that didn't meet our expectations.
1st, for our competition, we have to have the convention years on our pin. Our 2024-2025 were in a bubble and I asked several times if they would be able to be seen clearly. I was assured they would. When we got the pin, it was very hard to read the dates (so hard in fact that on our competition sheet we literally wrote on there with an arrow where the years could be found so it wouldn't be missed.)
I had also asked that the two holders in the back be placed vertically (since we wear our pins on lanyards and this would help). They came in mostly horizontal or at an angle, which doesn't help when trying to put pins on a lanyard.
Now, the customer service when creating the pins was excellent and they got back to us quickly. These are just some minor issues I would have not had to have.

Our pin had a dangling part at the bottom that was held on by chains and they kept falling off. Also, the words that were on the dangling part were gold instead of black so it blended in with the gold background and was hard to see. The main part of the pin looked great!

Metro Pins is the only place our club will order from. We work with kids in grades 4-6 and I can literally send them a kid-drawn photo and they will come back with an amazing design. They are so easy to work with. Everyone has ALWAYS been so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

The communication was great during the whole process to get a design I liked. When I received the product I was not happy with that I received. I reached out to the person I was communicating with and she just had a rude response back and wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem. Basically just told me it’s what I ordered.
