This platform is fraudulent
This platform is fraudulent. They use you for initial surveys until you reach midway. Then they either won't send surveys or would disqualify you purposely. I registered with them three months back and in the beginning I used to get surveys every single day until I reached 6 $.Now there are no surveys for the past two months. I have lost hopes of getting my rewards. I wasted my time. Honest advice :don't register with them.

They don't want to pay my reward
I have already earned $14.99 using the Metro app. (It took a lot of time, about two months.) It is weird because time is passing by, and they aren't sending any new surveys. I think it is because they don't want to pay my $15 reward.
Please be careful using this website; these apps are not trustworthy at all.
I already wrote them an email asking why and asking for help to resolve the issue, but there has been no answer. Don't waste your valuable time!

High Negative Reviews
I've actually been seeing all the negative reviews about this website, people saying that once you reach $5 you will no longer be getting surveys.
And I'm on $3.56 and please metro, let it not be true cause it really took me days to accumulate that amount and I can't afford to be stucked at $5 when the due payout is $15.

Just to reassure you: we don’t stop sending surveys once someone reaches a certain amount. Survey availability depends on demand and how well a member’s profile matches ongoing studies, not on their balance. Some days bring several opportunities, while others are quieter. It’s completely normal and not linked to how much you’ve already earned.
To increase your chances, try logging in often and make sure your profile is fully completed, it helps the system match you with more surveys.

Hello! Metroopinion can only send payments to the email address you used when creating your account. We don’t have access to any of your other email addresses, and we’re not able to guess or change where the money goes. The payout is sent automatically to the address you registered. The system simply follows what you set up.
If the payment ended up on an email you didn’t intend to use, it means that this was the address linked to your Metroopinion profile or the payment method you selected.
Please contact our support team with a screenshot of your account email and your payout settings, and we’ll help you sort it out right away.

When a survey stops right after the first questions, it’s usually because the quota of needed answers for that specific survey has just been filled. Those first questions exist only to check eligibility, and if the survey reaches its required number of respondents while you're still answering, the system has to close it immediately. In those cases, no one gets paid because the survey is already complete.
It’s definitely annoying, and we understand how it can feel like wasted time, but it isn’t intentional, t’s simply how research companies manage their response limits. Opening surveys quickly and staying active can help reduce how often this happens.
