three days ago i had written a good review because my first widthrawal was successful even after struggling with the surveys. I tried to widthraw the second time and the support team told me they need my ID or passport or DL for what exactly and they didnt ask the first two weeks for that.Metro you`re disappointing im telling everyone how you waste peoples time after someone tries to endure your adds on every survey its boring and annoying asf.

They solved my issue though it took about a day

It often happens to me that I fill out the entire questionnaire and instead of the reward, it says that the survey could not be completed.

When I lost my job suddenly due to stress, I panicked and didn't know what I was going to do. I spent many months filling out surveys, hoping to earn €5 or €10. I worked long and hard. Sometimes I would do a long survey that was supposed to be 20 mins and found that I was still answering questions coming up to an hour later, and then the survey would close, and no payment would be issued. Other times, I got up to €9.50, but I needed to be at €10 before I could get a payment, and then I'd never receive a survey again, so all my hours for months were for nothing. This is unfair as they are getting all these free surveys and not paying up. It's heartbreaking and very wrong to do that to people. Yet the company charges for the information they gather. I tried 4 different survey sites and only 1 paid me the €10 after months of work. I don't want to be fooled again. I don't want to spend my time filling up a survey to be told that my answers don't align with what they are looking for. If you are offering €5 for the survey and I have answered all the questions or gone as far as I am allowed to go, then I deserve my €5. I understand that an initial few questions may check to see if I am suitable, but when I am most of the way into a survey, and i get told I'm not suitable or when I have completed it, I want my €5, otherwise it is a scam. I deserve to be paid the correct amount for the survey.
Do you think it is fair not to pay someone after they have completed a survey because they do not align with what the company wanted? I can spend 3 hours filling out surveys and be told the same thing.
That's my evening gone for nothing!!! Explain!
