Tricel Arvostelua 6

I have a tricel novo 6. I have been trying to buy a new blower cover after my one was damaged. Tricel only ship on pallets so it’s going to cost £40 for the cover. £60 for shipping. Plus Vat. After agreeing to purchase one from their dealer I am still waiting….. King span charge a comparable price for the cover and £6.50 to ship , plus they have dealers that actually have stock. I tried their dealers Tanks for everything and drainage direct. no calls or emails returned. I tried tricel direct. They don’t deal with the public. It’s been over a year now trying to reconcile. I even drove to their facility and called them and still no luck. I really regret buying from them , if you are looking for a new tank my advice would be to check out the aftermarket support, once it’s in the ground you have limited options. Tricel and their dealers are appalling, no return calls , no flexibility, no stocked parts , extortionate delivery and no call back ….. I look forward to hearing a response

Had recurring problem with septic tank and Bernard the engineer could not have been more helpful. He came on site last-minute, twice. Tricel were very understanding and helped me out a lot. I had a very positive experience with them. Had a couple of emergency situations and they always showed up. They are also extremely fair with pricing and always guided me on how to get the best value for the jobs that needed to be done.

Awaiting a refund. Was told I had to return the part so I did. It has been with them since 23/5/25.

Have emailed several times asking for an update and nobody responds. Next port of call will be contacting trading standards as it is now outside of their 14 day returns window of which they check the item over and refund. Had absolutely NOTHING back from them so far. No emails, no refund, nothing.

I have proof of delivery and a delivery photo upon its return.

We can not comment on any works delivered by this business, as we didn't get that far.
Booked an appointment with their 'rep', for 10am.
11am arrives and no 'rep'.
Call made to 'rep'.
What's the crack - you were meant to be here an hour ago?

Offer of a visit the following day, or later that afternoon.

So we spent a fortune on a new sewage treatment plant only to find that we needed extra parts to raise above ground level. More thousands. The ditches are falling in due to the weather but they just can’t keep their promises on delivery. The initial deliver was one man and his dog for two huge tanks. Thank god we had lifting equipment and hands. The second kit hasnt arrived and we have had all sorts of excuses. Lorry broken down and then courier will deliver up to 10pm. Guess what. No delivery and no phone numbers. Make sure you have all the parts before they get your money

Bought this thinking it would directly fit a new build of 2014 as states "UK Standard" . Found the hinge moulding didn't have the cut outs to facilitate easy hinge pin placement without slight chamfering of lower hinge moulding. Should have sprung pins top and bottom not just at top. Also door catch didn't correctly align with the keep as was too short and set too tight to back/inside of the door. Made an ally keep plate to get round the problem. Postage costs a bit high and didn't return as buyer pays return cost. Not very customer focussed. However I made it fit securely and looks neat. Also found Travis Perkins does one a lot cheaper locally.
