I am very unhappy as I placed an order 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Tracking is not available for the order either and I have only had 1 email saying you are looking in to this. Very disappointed as I spent alot of money!!!

Hello John and firstly we'd like to thank you for your orders with us as I see you've placed 3 orders with MetalShop UK since June this year.
We do dispatch all orders in 24H so we're very truly sorry if the last shipment was delayed during transit (This is something which is out of our hands.) I see this order was placed on the 10th of November and was ready for collection on the 23rd of November. With every order we send the tracking information so you can follow every step of your parcel's delivery.
We're extremely sorry to hear of your disappointment and If we could wave a magic wand so the government didn't charge any customs fees we would. As I'm sure you can appreciate, these government charges in the UK are completely beyond our control. We do mention on our website https://www.metalshop.uk/s/terms-of-delivery/ "** Warning We deduct VAT from the price. However be prepared to pay VAT + Customs duty according to the laws of your country. Customs are paid for orders with cost higher than 135 GBP. If you cannot accept the shipment due to your inability to pay the customs, we deduct return costs when you get refunded."

ALERT SCAMMERS!
If you are here wondering if this is a scam I am writing to confirm your doubts. They are selling cheap t-shirts with a print on them, they are NOT original band t shirts. Stitching is wrong, print is done very cheaply and you could probably do this at home with a cheap shirt and iron. They are NOT official retailers or whatsoever. Customer service is also awful, I had so much issues with the order and in the end it would cost me more money to return the package. Scammers!!!

We would have sent you an email (possibly it ended up in your junk folder) If ever payment does not go through I'd suggest contacting your bank in the first instance as they may have put a hold on overseas charges. Absolutely love the boots
Absolutely love the boots! Got for my oldest for going back to school and he loves them. Told they are really comfy and keep his feet dry in the rain. Huge hit will definitely order from here again. Fab quality.

A very pleasant experience from start to finish
Excellent transaction from start to finish. Not used to doing the PayPal transaction after the order itself has been completed, but item was dispatched the next day and only took 8 days to arrive from the Netherlands, which is quite reasonable. Item appears to be as described and packaged well. Would happily recommend dealing with this company based on my experience.

Got a few braclets
Got a few braclets, for the most part really happy with them except for the one with elastic, that snapped pretty quick, but I do have ginormous hands so not completely the products fault.
