Great service and great products. From the beginning to the end of this transaction Metal Pros have done a great job of helping me choose the right scanner and detector. They also helped me determine what the next step up to this combo would be. I will be doing business with them again.
We bought a River G underground water detector two years ago and its never worked. We brought it back for repair and it still doesn't work. The screen doesn't light up correctly, its unusable. The salesman keeps asking for more diagnostics - then he sends the information to the factory and we don't hear back from either one for months. Its a complete waste of time and money. Stay away - bad products and even worse service.

I’ve been using the Gold Step Pro Max for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m super impressed. Right out of the box, it felt like a professional-grade tool, solid build and easy to set up. The interface is very intuitive, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. What really blew me away is the depth range and target accuracy. I tested it in an area where I’ve scanned before with other detectors, this thing picked up signals that my older unit completely missed. The multiple search systems (including ionic and long-range) make it feel like you’re using four machines in one. I haven’t found gold yet, but I did hit on some old coins and relics buried deeper than usual. The GPS and ground balancing features are really helpful too — definitely a step up if you’re serious about detecting. Would recommend to any hobbyist looking to level up or professionals who want a reliable machine for gold and treasure hunting.
