This is such an amazing company with a lot of integrity. They are always happy to help and they deliver for free. I always buy my supplements from them. Highly recommend.

Great for muscle recovery
Product I feel has definitely made a difference to my recovery as an amateur triathlete. All I would say is it wasn’t that clear if I’ve signed up for a rolling repeat order every 3 months. That bit was quite confusing so some clarity on that would be great. 👍🏼

Inconsistent Ingredient Listings Across Regional Sites Pose a Health Risk
I recently purchased Selenomethionine from the French version of the website. I checked the ingredients listed there, and everything seemed fine. However, shortly after placing my order, I came across the .eu version of the site through a Google search, which displayed a more detailed ingredient list—and it turned out that some of the components I’m allergic to.
I reached out to their customer support within 35 minutes of placing the order to explain my situation. Unfortunately, they couldn’t cancel the order or immediately provide a return shipping label. Instead, I was told to contact them again, wait for the package to arrive, and then physically return it to the post office amd pay for it.
I understand that their processes are largely automated, but what I find truly concerning—and even dangerous—is the inconsistency in ingredient listings across their regional sites. This not only feels misleading but also poses a real health risk to customers who rely on accurate information.

Dear Pinkey,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to learn that you noticed a discrepancy between the ingredient information displayed on different websites and that this caused concern, especially given your allergies.
We fully understand how important clear and consistent product information is when making an informed purchasing decision. We take your comments regarding the ingredient listings seriously and will ensure that this feedback is shared internally so that it can be reviewed further.
We are also sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations regarding the cancellation of your order shortly after it was placed. While our logistics processes are highly automated, we understand how frustrating this situation must have been from your perspective.
Could we kindly ask you to contact us, quoting your order number, at orders@metagenics.co.uk or by phone on 0800 0435777? This will allow us to review your case in more detail and help you as best we can.
Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention and for your valuable feedback.

Great product. Poor subscription management system
The product is great but the subscription management system isn't. Had it on a monthly repeat for 14 months and for some reason, they couldn't take this months payment (my card hasn't expired and no other problems!). I've just called them and I have to set up the order again and add my card. That's seemingly not as simple as it should be and after 5 mins, I still can't work out how to do it from my account so I've just cancelled it. I will shop somewhere who make it simpler to do.
