Misleading advertising
They advertise themselves with: “Real estate agents: if we guaranteed you’ll get listings or you don’t pay us, would you be interested?”
The reality is they ask for money upfront with no guaranteed leads.

Our advertising states that we offer a performance-based guarantee, which is fully explained to every applicant before they decide to move forward. Like most professional marketing services, there is an upfront investment, and this is clearly disclosed in multiple places — including our ads, application form, sales calls, and the written agreement signed by clients.
The guarantee terms and performance benchmarks are reviewed in detail with every client prior to enrollment to ensure everything is transparent and understood.
