The meat is good quality, service is excellent…..I have a very funny eater but Mia seems to enjoy most of the selection
At least you can adjust your order if your dog suddenly goes off a flavour, Mia used to love the exotic but I’m not sure if you have altered the recipe but she does not seem quite as keen on this

Too much bone content
Trying a new supplier and very disappointed by the large amount of bone. This brand constipated my 30kg dogs who never usually have issues.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear our food didn’t suit your dogs. We know how disappointing it can be when a new supplier doesn’t meet expectations, especially when your dogs are normally fine on raw.
Our minces are formulated to contain around 10% bone, in line with raw feeding guidelines, but we do understand that some dogs may be more sensitive to certain proteins or changes in texture.
If you'd like to pop an email over to hello@merseyraw.com with details about which mix you tried, we’d be happy to take a look and see if another variety might work better for your dogs.

Wide choice at good prices
There's a wide choice of both complete and boneless minces and some nice treats. My dogs love their minces and especially the lamb bones. I love that I get a discount with my subscription which comes without fail every week. It's well packaged with recyclable tubs and not too much packing in the box.

Regular fortnightly delivery - various minces and treats
As always - Zeus enjoys every last bit
Just a suggestion - was delivered Saturday [late afternoon] and as so hot, the pawz had melted and the food was half defrosted - I know its difficult in really hot weather but perhaps a couple of extra ice packs?
Not stopped the enjoyment - Zeus refuses to eat anything but Mersey Raw and the customer service is second to none :-)

Great product
My friend recommended Mersey raw to me after my dog being put on hypo allergenic food from the vets that was costing me a fortune. I believe this wasn't solving his allergy problems (I believe it's a environmental allergy)
So wanted to try him on a food that he will get excited about as the other one he looked sad to eat! He LOVES mersey Raw and he's so much happier!

Raw diet.
I decided to put my 7 year old Staffy on raw for the first time. Because no matter what food I tried he still had problems with his stools. Since I started feeding him on raw with a little kibble I think we’ve cracked it. Brilliant up to now no problem.

My dogs love this food
My dogs love this food. The quality looks good, none of that slop. I love the variety of proteins, and I find them very reasonably priced, compared to other raw food companies that I've used.

We have 4 children (French bulldogs)…
We have 4 children (French bulldogs) and recently started feeding them Mersey Raw food and it’s the best thing we’ve ever done!!! As you know frenchies can be very finicky eaters but now they dive in and don’t come up until the bowl is spotless. 4 VERY HAPPY customers 🥰

I ordered venison bone broth for my fur…
I ordered venison bone broth for my fur baby. He can only have single novel proteins. I use the bone broth as a topper. He absolutely loves it and recently I ran out before my next order arrived and he barked and barked at his food because it didn’t have his bone broth on!
My orders arrive quickly and very well packed , actually still frozen!!

Good quality, fast delivery.
Not a huge selection of food, but enough to get a variety (without veg). I prefer the chunkier minces, personally, and there were a few. I ordered from the 1kg boxes collection, but everything came in 500g ones, a bit of a pity. However, all seems good quality (is the wild rabbit actually wild though, seems to have white fur) and the dogs have both enjoyed it. Came very well packed and still frozen, and arrived very quickly. I may keep some of the boxes for freezer storage of other things! Will most likely order again, especially as nothing is wrapped in plastic bags or chubbs that leak! Definitely give them a go, if you're thinking about it.

Thanks also for your comments on variety and packaging. We do focus on a core range to keep things consistent and high quality, and it's great to hear you're enjoying the chunkier textures, we know not every dog (or owner!) likes a mushy mince.
With the 1kg packs, if we don't have these in stock the team will substitute for 2x500g packs as advised in the product description. We leave them on the website so that customers can still benefit from the price.
To answer your question about the rabbit: yes, it is wild. Wild rabbits often have white fur on their undersides.
