I ordered two pairs of leggings

I ordered two pairs of leggings from the Gemma Atkinson range; one from the current catalog, the other from the sale section (though it did not show a ‘before’ price and they cost the same as the current catalog).
The website was very clear about extended delivery times due to COVID-19 delays and my parcel arrived in the expected timeframe.
The full price pair of leggings fit perfectly, the sale ones which have mesh panels are made of a different material and even though I ordered the same size in both pairs, they are a little lose around the ankles/legs.
The website wasn’t the easiest to navigate around and didn’t appear to be very mobile friendly (though I’ve not used on a PC so may be the same there also), the size guide could be slightly more detailed as it only shows sizes in S/M/L etc and then says what size Gemma wears, which only helps if you know her measurements.
Overall I was very happy with the service and quality of the products and I will definitely order from here again.

Service was excellent

Service was excellent. Clearly informed of delivery delay due to covid before purchase. Items came promptly, well packaged and great quality as usual.

The leggings were delivered in good time, unfortunately they weren't the ones I ordered 😕

Thanks for reply, I sent an email to the support address when I received the leggings and have just received a response.

I bought some leggings...

I bought some leggings and yes, they’re squat-proof and bootcamp proof! They’re flattering and really comfortable and I’m obsessed with the blue colour! Highly recommend!
