The wrong spf foundation was unfortunately sent but a replacement was issued quite quickly and with little fuss. The foundation itself is lovely.

Product is really nice , however, i was offered the get 3 items free if you aoent a certain amount. I did that but dis not receive free gifts as promised. Contacted customer services but they did not find a resolution. Such as ahame as a first time purchaser.

I love the black mascara particularly so ordered a travel size in brown to try when it was on offer. This never arrived unfortunately so I messaged customer service to let them know. They looked into the matter with the courier company and ended up sending out not only a replacement straight away, but in a full size version. The products are beautifully packaged and feel great to use, particularly the mascaras which have excellent lengthening properties and feel soft not crispy on the lashes. The liquid to powder blush is lovely too.

Delivery was just over a week but the item was absolutely rubbish! Luxury perfume advent calendar was nothing like described! A total waste of money. Puts me off buying anything again!

Bought from a TikTok shop ad but loving the product so far. Very lightweight. Goes on white but quickly changes to suit skin colour. A little goes a long way. I make sure I use a primer first so I can smooth the foundation easily with a foundation brush.

Makeup was good but didnt get the coverage i expected

Colour matching foundation applies well but wears off quite quickly- doesn't last all day. Also the product has a slight aroma that you can smell. Disappointed and won't buy again. Better quality from my usual product from a high street chemist that is less than half the price.

Was very excited to try this product used a couple of times and I have no idea what they put in it but my face come up in the worst acne I have ever had so sore since I have stopped using my face has calmed down I won’t be ordering again

Not for me very hard to rub in and looked pale and dry complexion and sat in pores

My sister had read about this foundation and ordered it. She was overwhelmed by the way it adapts to your colour tone while on. I tried some of hers for a night out and ordered it there and then. It is perfect, easy to apply ,you dont need to cake it on.
It lasts for ages. My daughter is now going to order it. Leaves skin feeling fresh/smooth.

Firstly I bought the foundation that automatically matches your individual skin tone and I am extremely impressed so far. The website was easy to navigate and order from ( got a special offer deal on the foundation brush too) and my order arrived within a few days. Super fast delivery, great product

Went on well but when it changed colour it made me look pale! The coverage also needed more than one application to give me the same effect as my previous
Korean brand! It does give a nice natural finish but unfortunately not enough coverage for me without using too much product!
