Whatever you do, DO NOT order from Mermaid Way! Guaranteed the item will not fit and when you return, you pay for shipping and they will refuse to refund you. This company is awful to deal with. Save yourself the time and money.

Possible scam company. Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Getting a runaround. Charged me before I could confirm how they were shipping. Poor communication. Having to file a fraud charge against them on my credit card as next steps as they are refusing to give a refund and using frustrating and circular communication. I do not believe this is a real company.

We’re sorry to see your review and want to clarify the situation. You requested to cancel your order after it was placed because you didn’t want USPS shipping due to a Canada Post strike. As outlined in our policy, USPS is the only carrier we use, and we immediately offered to resolve this. Unfortunately, before we could assist, you opened a PayPal dispute, which limited our ability to act further until it was resolved.
Your refund was fully processed as soon as the dispute was closed, and we believe this issue was handled fairly and promptly on our end. We always aim for clear communication and great customer service and regret any misunderstanding here.
