Merlinsminiatures Arvostelua 

Used Merlins Miniatures to sell some Old World and 40K miniatures. Got a quick quote for the models and the chap, Sam, was really helpful in every step. Opted for store credit which was easy to use on their webstore.

Throughout the process Sam has assisted brilliantly. Webstore is nicely laid out and the help was faultless. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their minis or buy from them. Top stuff! Thanks.

Was holidaying in the area, and looked up local attractions to visit as well as any hobby shops, because why not.

Found Merlins Miniatures and saw on their website they had a large stock of old school D&D products. So made a point to visit the store on this occasion because of this.

When we walked in. Warhammer.

I asked the chap behind the counter where the D&D stuff was. He replied "Online Only."

This was rather disappointing as it does not state that it's online only on the website.

So I asked if some titles could be maybe brought to the store. We'd go to the museum round the corner and come back in a couple of hours...

"No"

Hmmm...

I am so thrilled with this company especially Sam !
I was on the search for a particular item that was only available through certain FLGS and every store I contacted did not have it, Sam emailed back quickly to say that they had them and personally made sure that it would arrive with my item which may I add came the next day not even 24hrs after speaking to Sam it was in my hands. Excellent customer service could not fault it.

Quite simply with the type of stuff these guys sell, it’s quite often going to be all about the safety of the items when packed. Artfully packaged collectable books, will certainly use again and probably still on items where they might not be the cheapest too
