Professional company with professional support. Many videos available on how to setup and use but the platform is so simple you really don’t need it. Exit plans are awesome and tracks your purchase. I wish I could tie to crypto.com the exchange I trade on and I understand it will arrive soon. Thank you Merlin Team

This is a great product
This is a great product. Hopefully one day we can trade with it, but it's extremely helpful to see everything on one screen, in detail. I prefer it over Trezor Suite. Not only that, customer service was relatively quick and an actual person/human responded! Thanks so much!

Thank you for the great feedback. We’re glad Merlin is making it easier to see your portfolio in one place and that it’s been a better fit for you than other tools. Trading isn’t available yet, but feedback like yours helps guide what we build next. It also means a lot to hear our support team made a positive impression. We truly appreciate you being with us.
Mixed Emotions
I like the layout, but my numbers are not accuarte, as far as cost basis, etc. It is also way too slow to update. I make trades and purchases and it takes hours to see the changes. I currently use another product as well and it updates immediately.

Thanks for your honest feedback. We’re glad you like the layout, and we understand how important it is for numbers to be accurate and updates to move quickly. Merlin syncs every few minutes, but if your account isn’t reflecting changes as expected, there may be a specific issue with the connection or cost basis setup.
Our support team would be happy to take a closer look and get this fixed for you. Please reach out to us at support@merlincrypto.com so we can review your account details and make sure everything is running smoothly.
We appreciate you giving Merlin a try and the chance to improve your experience.

A must have for all crypto investors!!
This program is extremely helpful with organizing your digital assets and seeing key analytics in a user-friendly manner. I love the “exit strategy” feature because it provides me the ability to forecast and develop possible exit plans.
Additionally, their customer service is exceptional, especially Mario who was very responsive, informational, and clearly cares about the people who use the program.

Great Experience
Merlin provides a nice overview and insight into my assets. I’ve only set up two exit strategies, but with the volatility of the current market, I’ve not executed on them yet. Also, there are some issues where I remove a coin, but it returns the next day.
I chose to give it another month, but I’m not yet sold it’s worth $18/month. If it incorporated fibonacci in to the platform and made generating exit strategies a little more seamless, then I’d see the benefit. Also, in addition to exit strategies it might be nice to introduce entry strategies on existing or projected crypto.
[UPDATE]
I did not mention how I appreciate the quick response and ability to provide direct feedback and issue resolution from the team. Given this, I've been assured that the suggestions I've made are on their road map. In regards to coins I've deleted and then return, there is a feature I missed, which is provides the ability to Hide the coin, this solved that issue. I'm increasing to 4 stars now.

It also means a lot to hear that our quick response and direct support made a difference. We’ll keep working hard to earn that 5th star from you.

I love the simplicity of the app and its’ features. I have finally been able to relax since setting up my exit strategy with Merlin. Getting an alert prior to approaching an exit point has been a game changer and the customer service from the folks running the Merlin app has been exceptional - prompt, professional and courteous.

Merlin Crypto is a must
I am truly impressed with Merlin Crypto Software! It has significantly reduced the stress of managing multiple exchanges and manually calculating performance for each project. The ability to schedule exits and calculate taxes automatically is a game-changer—it really does everything for you. It's simple to use.
Moreover, the customer service is fantastic! I appreciate that there is always a real person to assist with any questions. I just wish I had discovered this software sooner! Highly recommend it for anyone involved in crypto trading. This software will simplify your experience immensely!

We’re especially glad the exit planning and tax tools are making a difference. Those are features we built knowing how time-consuming and overwhelming this space can get. And we’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to our support team. They really care about showing up for every user.
We’re grateful to have you with us and appreciate the recommendation more than you know.
Good so far but some bugs
Good so far but some bugs. I'm getting alerts that my second exit target is approaching but the text is showing me the first exit number instead of the second. Also, the bug with entering ph# for text alerts was a surprise but the helpdesk was able to fix. Looking forward to iOS app..

The usefulness of this app is unmatched.
The usefulness of this app is unmatched. All my crypto in one place is phenomenal. Before I had to jump from one platform to another to keep track. Merlin has everything right in front of you at all times. As all new apps and new integrations and updates happen you can encounter a bug here and there but customer service is on point when contacted to resolve them. The ability to set exit strategy reminders is awesome. As soon as you hit your target you get a message. Never miss taking profits ever again. Merlin is very useful, one of a kind and I would recommend to everyone.

Merlin and its team truly appreciate your recommendation. We’re grateful to have you with us.
Good online platform to monitor / exit strategy
Good online platform to monitor your crypto tokens centrally. However, I have added my tokens manually, as I experienced some issues with automatic connection to the different exchanges or even hardware wallet. Created my exit strategy for the big positions but which will help to act unemotionally once I hit my targets in the coming alt season - hopefully! ;-)

Sorry to hear the auto-sync didn’t work smoothly. We know how important it is to have everything in one place without the extra work, and we’re continuing to make improvements as blockchain connections are unfortunately very messy and full of bad data. If you ever want help getting those connections working, just let us know. We’re here to support you and can get on a call with you to help set everything up the right way.
We appreciate you choosing Merlin.
