Hello all! I have been wanting to make this post for a while, but haven’t had a chance to really sit down and write out my true thoughts and appreciation for this program. Merediths program has changed my entire life. Not only do I sleep better now than I ever have but the personal and spiritual growth that I gained through the program has changed my life monumentally. So many doors have opened for me, I started my own holistic business pursuing my passions and I live in a whole new frequency! I attribute all of this to her wisdom and this program. I constantly tell people that insomnia is the best thing that has ever happened to me.✨ My advice would be to make sure you do ALL of the things. Write the goodbye letter, read the books she recommends, take it all seriously. It’s pure genius. So thank you again Meredith Louden - Sleep Success from the bottom of my heart!✨

I’ve worked with Meredith one on one, & the first thing I’m going to say is that she is a beautiful soul. If you’re a person that is more on the reserved side, Meredith’s aura and personality will make you open up & make it flow naturally. Although we just met, it feels as if I’ve known her forever and we’ve been friends for years. On the other note, Meredith was able to help me view life on a whole different level, changed my perspective on the way I view myself, those around me and life in general, I promise you one you start to change that old perception on your old life and welcome a new one, things really start to change, your anxiety slowly goes away, you sleep better, all of the above.
