Ik wacht al sinds kerst 2024 op een bestelling, die is nooit verstuurd, daardoor een voucher gekregen. Op de bestelling die daarmee volgde wacht ik al sinds maart 2025.
Ik krijg geen reactie van Merchbar, afzetters...

I originally ordered a copy of Camelphat Spiritual Milk, after more than a year of waiting I gave up and asked for a refund, they would only offer credit. I didn’t want credit, the delivery fees were extortionate so I just asked for my money back, they applied the credit to my account in the form of a code anyway and then stopped responding to my emails, I eventually gave up and ordered a Rufus du Sol album, it arrived already open and upon inspection the codes in the runouts are from 2 different versions of the release. I don’t have the energy or time to deal with them again, just avoid buying anything from them. You won’t get what you ordered and you won’t enjoy dealing with them. Total scammers

Vinyl ordered 14 months ago, after months of responding to my emails with fake answers they have since given up the charade and stopped all communication. They will never give me a refund, and they will never give you a refund. Avoid all this by NEVER GIVING THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have been waiting on an order from August 29,2025. Supply chain issues once again. I used a credit for an order I never received after waiting a year to arrive. I could not get a refund because they no longer had info on my PayPal account. Right. MERCHBAR is a huge scam- avoid at all costs, because it will definitely be your cost. BMeagher

The crime wave continues! Just look at the sheer number of DEFRAUDED customers that post here. Given that this is likely a SMALL representation of the ACTUAL CRIMINAL behavior, its a wonder that MERCHBAR has any customers at all.

This is, quite frankly, unacceptable. The fact that they are unable to supply me with my refund, as well as any proof of refund, speaks loudly as to the true nature of their business (CRIMINAL). As does the numerous reviews here showing similar situations.

I await yet another casual response to this issue, which remains UNRESOLVED.

Terrible customer service and offering products that simply aren't available then completely leaving customers in the lurch while pocketing their money for doing nothing but wasting their time and letting them down. Originally made my order on 12/26/24
and followed up numerous times being told it was too early for them to do anything, and when that time elapsed they simply stopped responding. They need to stop this scam, i work in the music industry and wouldn't trust them with any Merch for bands i work with as a result.

I first notified Merchbar in July 2025 that I had not received my order. Naturally I was disappointed, but these things happens, so I asked to cancel my order and just refund me. Several emails later and still no response beyond "We are receiving a high number of emails and requests. We will respond to your concern as soon as possible." Well I don't think 9 months and still no refund qualifies as 'as soon as possible' - DO NOT USE MERCHBAR!

So. They never send my vinyl and not refound my money back, but they give me a code, so I order t-shirt in August 2025 and still not here.

My daughter ordered me a tshirt for christmas. Never arrived no response from seller. Total rip off.

Ordered an album over a year and a half. They constantly pushed back the expected ship date, now it just says "out of stock." I have received no update or refund. I contacted them asking to have my order cancelled and three months later it still has not been refunded. Their owners belong in prison for this stuff. Do not buy from them.

Ho ordinato e pagato 14.56 euro un CD di Niccolò Fabi che si chiama "LA CURA DEL TEMPO". Ordine CONF9945105-11579158. Avevano detto che ci sarebbe voluto 8 settimane, ma sono già passate da molto tempo infatti ho fatto l'ordine il 7 dicembre. Vorrei il CD o il rimborso completo.

llevan sin devolverme el dinero desde que hice mi pedido el 12 de diciembre del 2024, estuves esperando el paquete por mas de medio año y ni salia de su ubicacion por eso tuve que cancelarlo, una vez cancelado no me reembolsan el dinero, escribo a soporte y no me hacen caso, es para denunciarlos

Ik heb de afgelopen jaren 2 maal een LP besteld die "binnenkort" zou uit komen.
Beide keren heb ik ruim een half jaar gewacht en vervolgens een refund gevraagd. Deze heb ik beide keren niet ontvangen op mijn creditcard account zo bleek. De tweede keer heb ik hierop actie ondernomen en werd weer een jaar aan het lijntje gehouden. Uiteindelijk in december 2025 (ruim een jaar later) kreeg ik bericht van Merchbar dat ze het bedrag niet konden terugbetalen, maar dat ik een code kreeg waar een bedrag aan gekoppeld was, waarmee ik een bestelling kon plaatsen. Dat heb ik direct gedaan. Tot op heden is de status van mijn bestelling "bevstigd". Daarna tot op heden niets meer vernomen, ondanks meerdere mails van mij.

Very misleading and dodgy practices. Advertising sales with 50% off all items. Checked sale items to find out they'd simply doubled the price of everything and then put a mark through those prices to show the alleged new 50% off price. Shirts that were yesterday showing as $45 are now in the sale period showing up as $100+ and then "marked down 50%" to show sale price of $50+ Who is paying $120 for a mass printed band tshirt that is $40 anywhere else? All other items including vinyl the same with massively marked up prices for sale and then advertised as 50% off. Complete scam. How they get away with this I do not know. Don't waste your time.

Ordered Christmas present with an "up to 8 weeks" delivery. No problem, I am patient. A lot of their websites are dead links or unsecured (it's 2026, come on). Then when I reach out for an update, no response. Then when the time passed, I reach out for an update or cancellation through their set process, still no response. Had to file fraud. So many other bad reviews, don't feed this scam monster.

Placed an order in November of 2024! I have placed multiple request for a refund and have gotten Nothing. Total scammers

I placed an order 09/28/24 and never received it. I requested a refund on 07/13/25 and never received a response or my money back. Do NOT give them any of your hard earned money!

There are serious problems with Merchbar. In 2024 I ordered a record which never came. They told me it was on back order but after almost a year I gave up and left a negative review. To my surprise, they contacted me to apologise and said they couldn't refund to my card but could give me store credit to the same amount.
I eventally got around to ordering a different record, using the credit I had. This record was a little more money so I put an extra £9 towards it, making the total around £28. This one was in stock and was to ship in a few days. It's never arrived and Merchbar have ignored my emails.
It appears Merchbar hold very little stock themselves and the majority of what you can order is from third party sellers. Either Merchbar are not communicating the sales to the sellers, the items are out of stock and wrongly marked as available, or they were never available in the first place.
At this point, I would like a full refund and not in store credit where we'll go back around in circles like we have the last two years!

So, after 2yrs of waiting for my original order, I was issued a site credit (after writing a bad review on here). So I made another purchase using some of the credit I was issued. It’s now been approx 6 months and again, no product sent. Numerous emails sent and now they don't even respond to them at all, not even the form letter response they usually give. MAYBE they will contact me after this review, I doubt it, but you never know. We should all get together and get a class action against them. Not even about the money at this point, pretty much wrote that off. It’s about the VERY POOR business practice.

I placed an order for a vinyl record on November 8, 2025, and I still have not received it after more than three months. There was no clear warning that the item was on backorder at the time of purchase.

It feels like they are selling items they don’t actually have in stock. The lack of transparency and extremely long waiting time is unacceptable. Customer support has not provided a clear solution, and they have not properly processed my cancellation request.

This has been a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend ordering from Merchbar.
