They do not provide a return label if shoes don't fit. Customer service rep argued with me when I stated my dissatisfaction in the on line company that makes the customer pay Shipping if shoe doesn't fit. The rep hung up on me. I have a 350 dollar pair of shoes that don't fit and no knowledge of how to return them. Very shady business!!!!!

I wanted to buy my husband some really nice shoes and ordered them from Men’s Designer Shoes. There were some issues that I had and needed to return them, the whole process was extremely smooth. They got back to me in a timely manner, and kept in correspondence with me till everything was settled. I was very grateful for their care and ability to work with me. Thank you Stephen! The quality of these shoes are absolutely gorgeous and made so well. We love them. I feel like there are few things guys can accessorize with and shoes are one of them, thanks to amazing designer shoes places like this.

I bought two pairs of shoes originally, one of the pairs I was sent was wrong. Not bad, just not what I had ordered. Contacted their support, sent pictures, verified what had happened, worked it out, and we found an agreeable solution.

I did run into an issue regarding email communication, which neither of us know why happened, I suspect it was because my email attaches a public pgp-key in emails and their email system assumed this to be spam, or it was because of an oversight, but once they found out that I had been trying to contact them, they did follow up on everything.

Great place to get shoes, if you want to contact support, just be patient as it seems to be a one-man-army

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from MDS over the years and it has always been a great experience. This time, I had a fit issue (a bit big) and a style issue (they weren't what I thought) with the two pairs I bought. For the fit, Stephen sent me a pair of inserts on his dime and let me exchange the ones I didn't like for something else, but in a size down from my normal 13, which was not available. He allowed me to experiment to see if they would work (they do). I had also ordered two ostrich belts that were way too long so they resized them for me. Throughout all this I spent a good bit of time on the phone and emailing back and forth. At times I felt like they were taking a little long to respond until I realized that the only person I was communicating with was Stephen Clark, who is the founder/owner, and not some phone bank drone. So my theory is that this is basically a one man show. With that in mind, I would say that the service is excellent, the selection of top quality product is massive, and Mr. Clark is a great guy who runs a great business and wants you to be happy. Just be patient, because I think he's doing pretty much everything himself.

The customer service was great no problem with exchanging products. My only issue was the product that I eventually bought for the price point was subpar material and workmanship. Marco Di Milano Leoni Caiman Crocodile Lace Up Boots Oil Orix, The product is way oversized was not as stitch down so and glue all the way up into the exotic skin of the of the boot business. I would recommend the shoe manufacturer listed above I would not.
