I recently used The Memorial Company to reguild the writing on my parents' headstone; erected many years ago. Can't fault the service. The ladies were extremely professional, kind, helpful and very patient with me, as I navigated new paperwork. I was more than happy with the finished work and have no hesitation in recommending The Memorial Company. They've provided excellent advice and guidance in all my dealings with them. A wonderful professional and compassionate experience provided throughout the whole process of arranging and installing the headstone for my husband.
My main contact was with Jayne who showed me such great kindness, patience and understanding through what is a very difficult and painful time.

From first contact to the final payment the service was first class. Was given a quote and kept up to date with my parents headstone. Requested a modification from the initial requirements and this was done and confirmed straight away. At a time when you may be mourning the loss of a loved one The Memorial Company showed care as consideration especially Venetia. The work was done in less than 9 weeks which was a great help in a difficult time.

Thank you so much xx

A positive and caring approach to their customers needs. They helped me all the way with my dad’s headstone, sending catalogues and giving quotes with the utmost respect and attention. A truly great experience from query to erecting the finished memorial stone. Thanks everyone!

Good communication, and a thoughtful and well presented service. I found this really important to me at such a difficult time, and this really helped alleviate the stress of the situation itself.

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with The Memorial Company. They have been friendly, patient and professional. Venetia talked me through the whole process with such kindness and helped me with the vision I had for my late Mother’s headstone. I am so happy with the end result, it is exactly how I had imagined. Also thank you to Jane who followed up throughout, keeping me informed. I would recommend without hesitation.

The memorial company is a wonderful small business that is totally professional and helps you with every stage of the process and with any queries that you may have in particular both Jane & Venetia are so helpful and call you back out of normal working hours.
I would highly recommend the Memorial company for excellent service and support.

The Memorial Company has provided an excellent service and I’m very pleased with the headstone, which was completed on Thursday.
Everyone there has been very professional but I would like to mention Jane in particular. She has been very helpful and supportive in helping me get all aspects of the headstone right. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you.

What a wonderful company to deal with , their professionalism, kindness and understanding was amazing and the finished work was beautiful. They were always courteous and respectful and helped in a very stressful situation.

I wanted to take this opportunity of thanking all the staff at The Memorial Company, Kings Norton, Birmingham for the wonderful service they provided for my family.

They were responsible for the original headstone and engraving when my father died and then an additional engraving when my mother died.

Throughout all the dealings I had with them they were always, without exception, friendly, patient, professional and sympathetic. For various reasons confirmation to go ahead with the second inscription was very delayed and not once did I feel any pressure. Quotations were clear and competitive, responses timely and the engraving exactly as we hoped

This is a family run business and In this age of corporate takeovers of just about everything it is an absolute joy to deal with real people who care and have a stake and pride in what they do.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough
