Maintained contact during the shipping process. Importing to the UK is no-longer a straight forward post-ship-deliver these days but this is exactly what happened. The company clearly has pride in their customer service, and rightly so, it's excellent. The socks are top quality. They fit perfectly, wonderfully comforatable and superbly made. I bought them to use as cycling socks and they are the most comfortable I've ever owned. I'll be buying more, they are top quality and extremely good value for money.
