Wrong item received and no response to resolve the issue

Received my order on the 29th of December. Despite emailing enquiries sales and then messaging via their website that I received a hoodie instead of the tracksuit bottoms I paid for, I'm yet to receive response. I still don't have what I've paid for or a refund or to be able to send the wrong item back. There's been no acknowledgement from the company and I still don't have what I've paid for as I write this.

Hi Marcus,

We did send the return instructions on Tuesday and re-sent them again yesterday after receiving your message saying you hadn’t received the first one.
Our previous email did reach you, and we received your reply to it, so we're unsure why our latest responses haven’t come through. They may have gone to your spam folder, so please check there.

We’ve sent the information again just now. Once received, please return the item and we will process this for you right away.

We're here to help and want to resolve this smoothly for you.

Good quality product

Good quality product. Well padded gloves which also give good grip. The previous pair of gloves lasted well so I bought another pair.

Vastaus yritykseltä mem.fitness

Hi John,

Let’s clarify a few facts:
Your order was placed on Sunday, 8th June, and delivered to your designated outbuilding on Monday, 16th June at 15:00—within our standard delivery window of 3-10 working days.

Stating that “nothing has arrived” and it’s been “nearly two weeks” is simply incorrect. If you had difficulty locating the parcel, we’d have gladly assisted—but accuracy matters, especially in public reviews.

We take pride in our service, and we stand by the delivery of your order.

Regards,
MEMFitness Team
