I ask for a return 3 days before the delivery and you ignore me. You didn’t respect the dispatch times in your terms and conditions and now the package is there when i was no longer there. The worst service ever

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately cannot cancel it or recall it from transit. In these cases, the available option is to complete the return process after delivery: once the package is received, we can start the return and refund procedure in line with our Return Policy.
