Я воспользовалась Melontaxi для трансфера из отеля в аэропорт: отличная машина, удобная точка встречи, а служба поддержки сопровождала на каждом этапе. Всё было организовано на высоком уровне. Обязательно воспользуюсь сервисом снова для личных поездок. 😊

I had an arranged ride from my hotel to the airport with another company and the driver went to the wrong hotel and refused to come to the right hotel unless I paid again. My hotel doorman made a call to Melon Taxi for me. They came to my rescue for a very god price. My driver got me to the airport as quickly as possible and had a cart service help me through first security to check in with my bags. I will definitely use them again for all my travel in Istanbul again!

Had them pick us (family of 7) from Sabiha airport and drop us to istanbul airport when it came to departure. Was very easy to find the meeting point, good communication and driver knew who to expect.

Punctuality, friendliness and comfort

We had a wonderful experience with the Melon Taxi. We booked the taxi online for return trip to and from the hotel. Our arrival and departure time were very very early in the morning. But they delivered the service right in time. They were constantly in touch in WhatsApp since we booked the ride. The customer service was very nice, efficient, and accommodating. I will use the service next time.

All compliments to Melon Taxi! They were highly professional, flexible, punctual, and precise.
Even though my flight was unexpectedly changed, they were very accommodating and still came to pick me up without any issues.

I had a transfer from Sabiha Gökçen airport to our hotel in old town Istanbul. Airport was so crowded and wasn’t easy to even find the gate exit. Thanks to customer support team Melontaxi, they helped a lot. And the car was so clean and warm. The driver was so kind. It was such a great experience.
