Melodial is a B2B background music platform built for businesses that run multiple locations and want great-sounding music without the licensing headache. Almost everywhere you operate, playing commercial music in a business means paying separate public-performance fees to a music collecting society — OneMusic in Australia, PPL PRS (TheMusicLicence) in the UK, and the PROs in the United States, where full coverage can mean licensing ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and GMR all at once. Across a chain of gyms, salons, stores, clinics or venues, those fees add up fast. Melodial works differently. Our catalogue sits outside these standard licensing systems, so businesses playing Melodial exclusively can remove that per-location obligation — a meaningful monthly saving with none of the paperwork. Beyond the savings, Melodial is about giving your spaces the right sound. Start with a ready-to-play library on our self-serve plan, have our team build a curated playlist matched to your brand, or go further with Custom Sound — original, owned music and a branded radio experience made just for you. We work with operators across fitness, beauty and wellness, retail, pharmacy, aged care and hospitality, in Australia and around the world. Whether you run ten locations or hundreds, Melodial makes every one easy to fill with music you can play with total confidence.

Melodial, wow what could I say about this company? Firstly, the people who run this company are truly magnificent and the very best I have ever encountered. We discover new artists regularly and the streaming, top tier and audio is consistently crystal clear. There are many playlists to choose from and to find the right vibe for different clients becomes effortless for us. We love Melodial very much, may you keep growing and thank you for being there for us always!

Thank you for your kind words. These replies are compiled by an employee, but you're right; my manager, the founder is a great guy. I hope he gives me a raise!

But really, we appreciate your comments greatly and are happy to help you create a welcoming atmosphere in your restaurant.

Perfect product for the cost

I’ve used Melodial in my boutique for the last couple of months now, customers comment on how lovely the tracks are. I think most genres of music are available and for £5 a month I think it’s worth every penny, when my previous music license was £200+ PA!! The backup team are really helpful for us technophobes, mostly done by email so can be a little bit of a process but we got there in the end. I don’t seem to be able to get it to work on my 4G phone so that’s a little bit of an issue that needs looking into but it plays off my 5G no problem. All in all great service, product and I am happy to recommend to other small businesses too :)

Fantastic, affordable commercial music service

I had been looking for a commercial music service that I could use in my gallery - one that didn’t cost the earth and provided a good selection of sounds. Melodial was the answer!! So delighted with the service. Great to do business with, affordable, and a great selection of music to suit any business. We have a playlist that works away in the background, putting customers at ease and generally helping to create a good atmosphere. You can try before you buy - with a free trial. You won’t be disappointed. Can’t recommend highly enough.
