They don't get back to you about returns. SCAM!

Don't order from them. Bra's are very difficult to select in general. This is not a one size fits all product. Product is not as presented, quality is cheap, NO SUPPORT, and they WILL exchange (why would I want another one of this quality) OR they will give me 50% refund! Never again

The bras I ordered (my normal size) were to big and fell off my shoulder when I was moving. I ordered two, so hoped to exchange one (tags still on) for a smaller size. Unfortunately, I missed the return window, because they count the days from the day you place your order and it took 12 days for it to arrive. I should have initiated the return sooner, but, like everyone, I got busy and felt I had plenty of time. They denied my request to return, and instead offered me 40% off another order. No thanks, the bras weren’t that special (very little support) and I’ll take my business to a company that has better customer service.

These bras are beautiful, comfortable and s feminine. I bought 5 and gave all my old bras to the Goodwill.

Absolute trash bras. Zero support anywhere on the body, elastic is too thin and stretchy, my ordered D cup was a size B, and they might offer a "partial" refund!

When I put the bra on my breasts fell to where they are when I don't have a bra on. Ulta Lift is a joke. I should have read the reviews before I purchased these. Now I have to start trying to get my money back and how do I go about getting a return label? That is very confusing.

0 stars to be honest. Definately NOT a specialty boutique. Please do not buy from them. I am ashamed that I spent a dime with them, they are complete scam artists. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Their products are sheer garbage. Never have made a review like this...that's how bad their products are. Disgusted. They should be put out of business.

I wish there was a ZERO star option!! I am LIVID. I ordered these for my senior mother who needs something to help with her arthritis. They arrived after a LONG wait, and I was appalled. Cheap, flimsy quality to say the least!!! I am going to call my bank and dispute the charges. I tried to request a return both online and by calling. They said they would send an email with instructions but NEVER did!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

I ordered one for me 36c and one for my daughter 38dd neither fit either of us. Flimsy cheap material and like others said, the cups are super small and the larger size does NOT fit me either. Tried to request twice to return but all I got was an email that someone would be in touch but that never happened ugh

What a waste of money. Cups far too small and band is far to big. Zero support. Do not waste you money. It is such cheap material and no bust coverage. You can return but have to ship internationally, or you can keep the bra and get a partial refund who knows what that will be. This is a complete rip off

Do not. I repeat DO NOT buy these. Not made well enough to wear. No support. Stitching was barely sew in. Worthless!

Just received the 2 bras in the mail. I am VERY disappointed to say the least. There is absolutely NO support to this bra. It is not worth anything to me. I would love to be able to return them and get my money back. I do not know exactly how to go about it. My advice is DON'T ORDER from this company.

This is without a doubt the most comfortable bra I have ever worn! I hardly know I have it on! It runs small so size up (I am normally a 36C so I order a large) and it's definitely a hand-wash piece of lingerie but if you're sick of pulling and tugging on the band and straps of your bra all day this bra is a dream come true!

I was sucked in by the thought of finally finding a good bra. 😒 Boy am I disappointed! I only gave 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. They are the cheapest made bras I have ever seen in my 50+ years of my life. They're so flimsy and the cups are one size fits all when you buy a small, and one size if you buy a medium, and one size if you get a large and so on... I would love to show pictures of the 4 I bought 😒

Ordered two Zen Chic bras and they are absolutely terrible quality. Trying to return and getting the run around. I DO NOT recommend this product at all! Should have read reviews before I sent them my money.

What a joke! Cup size is way too small. Flimsy material and no support at all! Trying to return it- I will report back about that process!!

I received my bra, and it does exactly what it says it will NOT do. It’s very visible from any shirt because there seems to be a ridge at the top where the bra cup meets the sheer material. It creates a very noticeable line undershirts.

It said it was delivered. Did not receive it! Checked front door, mailbox, and neighbor’s no package!!
