Friendly and approachable staff
Friendly and approachable staff. Good sound knowledge of legislation and process for completing firearm licence paperwork. Safety test class was relaxed but well delivered and very professional.

Quick response and good service
Went looking for a mildly obscure part for a Redding case trimmer, and not only did they have it in stock, it was delivered in 5 days, good work!

Melbourne Gun Works allowed me to secure my purchase by letting me pay for it over 3 weeks. Excellent service!

Terrible customer service
Placed a deposit on a gun. No details were given via the call that 25% deposits under “lay-by TC’s” are non-refundable.
Had to cancel my order, and was told “no worries, we will organize a refund”
3 weeks, 4 phone calls, twice having given my banks details and still no refund.
Customer service is appealing, would never recommend, or deal with again.
