My sessions with Melanie have made such a difference to my mental health. She tailored the therapy to my situation with a mixture of Blast therapy and hypnotherapy. Melanie's kind, caring and calm approach created a lovely safe space where I felt cherished throughout each session and could fully embrace the therapy and the healing that inso desperately needed. I feel a weight has lifted. I'm much more able to relax, I feel lighter, more confident and my sleep is so much better. Melanie has a gift, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I saw Melanie on a few occasions for hypnosis in order to treat an unhelpful habit that hindered me for many years. After one session i had no desire to continue my habit. Truly “magic wand” waving! The other two sessions were to reinforce healthy attitude and cement this in. Could not have achieved this change without her and am very grateful. She’s Brilliant!

Melanie gave me a BLAST treatment, followed by a short session of hypnotherapy.
I have to receive training that triggers personal stuff for me, making my heart race, causing sweaty armpits and most embarrassing of all, crying- often leading to full on blubbing.
Melanie stayed focussed on me, did not pry, but used what I had told her to address the issue.
4 days later I had a very personal training and got through it, made useful contributions and remained calm, ending the one and a half hour session with nothing more than sweaty armpits.
