My family absolutely loved the fruit cake. I have enjoyed homemade Christmas cakes all my life and this was as good if not better. We will be back! Many thanks Meg Rivers.

Disappointingly dry and crumbly

This was the first occasion on which I've been seriously disappointed with the quality of a Meg Rivers cake, a coffee and walnut 'Limited Edition'. Dry and crumbly, almost as though it had been prepared long before despatch.

Vastaus yritykseltä Meg Rivers Bakers of Happiness

Hi Mr Goodacre, I am so sorry your Coffee & Walnut didn't live up to expectations. I can't see that you have contacted us previously for us to investigate further. Please can you email customercare@megrivers.co.uk with your order number and the cakes batch number so we can look into this further for you, kind wishes. Jess

Reliable and delicious

In my experience,Meg Rivers cakes are always of high quality and very poular with family & friends. Although I usually bake my own, there are times when it is more convenient to buy, but I would still like something that tastes home-made. Deliveries and communications are efficient and reliable.
