In the space of 9 months I’ve had two ticketed events in which i purchased through this app. Both times payment went through and never received my tickets, customer support never got back to me or simply ignored me both times and received zero compensation. Avoid at all costs.

I accidentally used the wrong email at the time of purchase. I have tried to resolve this problem through emailing, calling and using the online chat service. None of which have been helpful. This website customer service is pretty much non existent and I would not purchase from them again.

I started a new job and hadnt realise my new pay would come in on a different day. There were some issues with my next payment through megatix, but it was very quickly resolved after I explained my situation through the "help" page on their website. Within 5 minutes they had emailed back and were happy to change/update my payment day. Happy :)

I attended the Brisbane Allen Iverson Meet and Greet at Culture Kings today, and I left feeling extremely disappointed. The experience felt rushed and poorly managed. We were yelled at by photographers to crouch in front of a table, given barely a second for the photo, and then immediately pushed along.

For what was advertised—and priced—as a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity, the reality fell far short. Instead of feeling valued, it felt transactional and disrespectful. Charging such a high amount for an experience that was over in moments comes across as a money‑driven publicity exercise rather than something designed for fans.

Events like this only exist because of the people who support them. I hope in the future you treat attendees with the respect and dignity they deserve.

We would have expected Megatix to do some due diligence for companies selling tickets through their platform. We bought tickets through Megatix for a New Years’s Eve boat cruise on the Swan (Boatchella 2026). There was no boat however, it was a scam. The Megatix response was only that we should take it up with the organisers, which we do jothave the details of.

I specifically unchecked send me updates on events but keep getting spammed about winterfest sales.

Terrible allocation of tickets, poor queue management results in selling 2nd release before 1str release sold out

I purchased tickets for a soccer game on their website. On the purchase page it stated student and children tickets are $15. I purchased 3 tickets, for a 4yo, 14yo and 16yo. After purchasing the tickets a friend advised that children under 16yo do not pay and are granted free admission.

I emailed megatix to request a refund for the 4yo and 14yo tickets purchased —- However, i was advised then, that there is a “no refund policy”. — purchase page is very misleading. You should add in the same sentence for children tickets that under 16yo do not pay. —- Buyer beware!! Misleading advertising.
