Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience given I spent $3000 on a premium guitar.
More than two weeks after the purchase, I am still waiting for it to arrive. It sat with MM for a week before being delivered to Perth Airport. It has sat at Melbourne Airport for four days, four days after the most recent update indicated it would be delivered.
I have no way of knowing when it might turn up.
Please lift your game at your end with dispatching orders and use couriers who are more prompt and reliable. I am no longer a regular customer...

Vastaus yritykseltä Mega Music
Hi Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sincerely sorry for the delay in receiving your order. We did have it booked in and ready to ship with Australia Post within 24 hours of you placing the order. We can see that Australia Post has really dropped the ball here, and we're genuinely sorry that we were unable to address this issue for you in a more timely manner. We do, however, hope you're enjoying your guitar.
Sincerely
The Mega Music Team

A Pleasurable Experience
Needed new cymbals for drum kit I purchased off Mega Music some years ago. I was fortunate to be introduced to Darren Versaico in the drum department, his knowledge and help was fantastic and enabled me to buy with complete confidence. I can’t thank Darren enough for the assistance provided to me and will go back to him for any future purchases.

Great overall, just one suggestion
Great service and staff. Happy with product. Would have been even better if item was packaged in a cardboard box instead of layers of black plastic for home delivery, as this would offer better protection of the product and be more environmentally friendly.
