Never. I repeat. NEVER buy from them. I made a purchase for 176 USD in Aug 2020, no shipment no refund yet. I'm typing this on Dec.3.2021. Same pasted template every time, we are working on it if you keep sending us emails we will block you. I let my hard earned money go, authorities must look into this.

I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. It's over an year now !! I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses or no replies . Order Amount - 176 USD !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I pre-order at Megalopolis toys online store for the total price of 112.08 US dollar a couple of action figures from the collection Madballs Premium DNA. The figures supposed to be released and shipped during the spring of 2021, which never happened. I contacted the store and they didn't answer just sent an automatic email message blaming Covid-19 as excuse for their lack of compromise to answer or work correctly. At this point reading all the complaints, it seems this place is a fraudulent businesses thus I don't think they will ship any product. Don't ever trust them or to Premium DNA toys, they seem to be the same.

Awful. They WILL take your money and never send you the product.

I bought an in stock item in September 2020. Heard nothing for weeks. Reached out via email and got a generic "sorry it's taking so long, COVID has slowed us down" response. Gave it about a month and reached out again. No response. Finally I asked for my money back and they told me they would have the money back to me within 2 weeks. That never happened either. I reached out multiple times since then with no response whatsoever.

They will take your money, not communicate, jerk you around, and lie to you.

Just like everyone else here. Took my money, claim they had to cancel and will refund money, don't refund money. Straight up crooks. No two ways about it.

This is a terrible company. They will immediately take your money but never ship your items. They also don't give refunds. I have an order that was never fulfilled and never refunded. Simple thieves. Don't do business with them. I hope others were able to get their money back.

I ordered in JUL 2020 and they have kept my money tied up since. Lots of false promises from "customer service" and now in late Feb 2021, they're saying it's not going to ship and will issue a refund. Well good that I finally get my money back, but the items I ordered cannot be found anymore.

I have been very annoyed by this company recently. I tried making an order with them, but I've been barely able to hear from them via email. I tried cancelling my order, but their website is a mess and I've been unable to login into my account. I even tried changing my password, but even that doesn't work. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They've been nothing but difficult for the past year my order has been pending!! I'm still trying to cancel my order but they've been very difficult in that process!!

These people are scams they take your money and run I still have not got my refund back at all they lied to me and said they was going to give me my refund to PayPal never did I need to know the corporate number because something needs to be done with them they just can't take people money and run like that.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They scam you out of your money. I placed an order with them using viabill and they told me they could not fulfill my order and to wait 20 days for a refund. I didn’t get a refund so i reached out again and this time they told me they needed my PayPal info to refund me and it’s been over 2 months and no refund. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. They just take your money. I am currently trying to get the issue solved with viabill now.

They are a sham! Pre-ordered a product in june. In august i get charged, and no tracking #, no shipment email. I wait a month, covid and all, i expect some delays, i send an email and don't hear back for a couple weeks, get nothing on the phone. I get some bs about shipping being backed up. I ask for a refund, get more bs about how they are changing things and shipping will get better. DON'T CARE. I asked for a refund, asked at least 3 more times. Had to file fraud with my credit card to get a refund.

Three orders paid and yet unfulfilled since September 2020. It is currently January 2021. Completely untrustworthy operation.

The worst, waited weeks for a supposedly in-stock 'hot off the truck' item before I inquired on the status by email only to be strung along for weeks with no option for a refund. Finally after publicly shaming them on social media someone magically made time to get in touch with me and after another week was issued a refund. I was luckier than most to finally get a refund (though it was a huge hassle) I think mainly because I posted on social media and they couldn't sweep it under the rug. I will never buy from Megalopolis again, their BBB and Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves. Buyer beware.

Son unos estafadores, realice varios pedidos de los cuales el primero me llego bien, después llegaron incompletos y al final ya no me mandaron, hice el reclamo y ya son más de 6 meses que no me devuelvan el dinero, es un valor de 1380 sus., ya no responden llamadas y solo tienen la opción de email, y cada vez me dicen que tengo que esperar 15 días hábiles para la devolución y ya me tienen 6 meses con eso, no comprendo nunca de esta página, maleantes!!!!

Ordered a few things from them on August and charged my credit account on the same day. I never received any package, so I decided to cancel it. This time they're giving me the run around, when I asked for a refund. First they say wait 10-15 business days for it to process. So, 15 business days go by and no refund. When I contacted them about it, now their saying there's an error in the system and that my refund wont go through. They keep playing games!

I've heard somewhere that there's a lawsuit happening, if anyone has any information please share it! I would like to participate.

Awful service. Purchased from them in August, it's December, still nothing. Sent several emails with several responses of "sorry for the delay", blaming the COVID-19 pandemic for the issues. It doesn't take 4 MONTHS to ship something.

Same issue as everyone else on this site. Ordered in august still not received.
Asked for refund, told me not possible.
Keep emailing for updates and they respond a week later saying that it will get sent out within 2 weeks. 3-4 weeks later and still no updates. Don’t deal with them. Iv obviously been scammed and I’m in contact with my bank and financial ombudsman for further help

I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!This site is a scam. Customer service is horrible, wouldn’t ship my items for 2 months, took 9 attempts to finally get someone to respond to me. And now they said my refund will take 15 business days

After waiting 4 months for my order, I was informed i would be receiving an refund of over $500 but it would take 10 to 15 days...that was 18 days ago... still nothing. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY!
