Completed waste of time. I spent a long time going through their whole process, answering so many questions and filling out all the forms with personal data. Then the system says, please check back soon. I contact them multiple times and no response. Nothing from them.

I am not sure if real people actually work here. Looks like a pretty AI site with no real people to assist.

Although using Neptune definitely has a higher charge than working directly with a lawyer, the process is streamlined and easy. Worth the additional cost for the convenience.
