Once set up worked good some times, but it is extremely frustrating when the system is down or I have a problem they do not answer when I need it. I am still dealing with issues with the system and last time took them one month to respond, for about 7 times they said someone was going to call me 24 to 48 hours but they didn't. Is like they ignore you. After multiple emails and phone calls I was ready to cancel they call me one month later, but even with my system not working the kept charging.
So I feel they have the tools but they do not have a good support for clients or good customer service. They need to work a lot on that. I am not having a good experience.

They are very granular when implementing, they focused on our specific case and incorporated all of our culture and way of work so that the agents had a very human feel.

the suite of tools is the product, but the team behind it is what makes this company the best at what they do. every single person within the company has been a blast to work with on top of such a great product.

As a 24 hour agency, GAIL is a great way for us to reduce our after-hours call center spend. Once our local agents leave for the day GAIL can handle most of the incoming calls to help customers with basic inquiries or route to payment or claims options. GAIL also saves us a lot of time with the outbound campaigns that we have set up to call certain segments based on policy activity, upcoming closures, etc.

Gail has become a great tool for us. We were looking for an AI solution to help our agency move forward. The Gail team has been very responsive in helping us build out the customization we needed. It is working to help us complete our custom templates we use as well as a wealth of knowledge and functions in the GPT function. We have been using it for 3 months and the growth during that time has been fantastic. It has become a true asset to our company.
