The item I received looks unlike the item I ordered from the company's website. I could have gotten a better looking one for half the price and without the shipping delay if I had purchased at Walmart instead of directly with the manufacturer. His foot doesn't even have the name imprinted on it. Looks altogether like one of the knockoffs.

The best grumpy bunny! Broody was easy to order, arrived in a reasonable timeframe and is as good as I expected. This furious little bunny makes me laugh every time I look at him and has been a hit with all family members.

We ordered one Broody bunny for an Easter gift for a very special girl. While the company fulfilled the order, A neighborhood porch pirate grabbed it, and we never found it. We thought it had not been delivered, but when we reached out to the company, they assured us it had. We basically just thought it was over until…. This amazing company with this really unique gift did something unique. They sent us another one Immediately!!! We finally received it today and it’s amazing! It’s as soft and cute and wonderful as you think it is. It comes flat, but as soon as you open the bag, it poofs right up! This is one of the most joyful gifts we’ve ever been able to give, and now I want one too!!! (The little girl loved it too btw). :)

Sadly Broody came in a vacuum sealed bag flat and with Chinese letters on his foot instead of “Broody” as advertised. Not fluffy or full or heavy at all. Feels very cheap. Emailed customer service for return but surmise I’ll have to do a chargeback.

Received my Broody and it very cute BUT VERY DISAPPOINTING that he doesn’t have “Broody” written on his foot. Instead it has what looks like Japanese writing and it reads:
秋葉原
Upon contacting customer support I was finally advised..
Here is the exact note from our Frequently Asked Questions, which is displayed on the product page:
“Because Broody is handmade in batches, small cosmetic differences can occur. Some plushies have Broody on the foot, others have no marking, and some feature a simple Chinese quote about companionship. These variations are normal, and all plushies are identical in quality, softness, and character.”
All versions are the same Broody in quality, softness, and materials. These small differences do not affect the plushie in any way.
NOWHERE CAN I FIND THIS ON THE SITE!!

Customer service is beyond amazing! I had a little issue with my Broody and less than 24 hours notice they have already resolved the problem! Highly recommend!

Broody are some of the best made plushie stuff bunnies ever. I have 3, 2 mediums and a large. Everybody loves them. I have one in each car and in the house, and when people see them they ask where did you get that, or they say they seen the advertisement on social media but didn’t think it was real. So to anyone that don’t think it’s real I have bought 3. May purchase the newest one with his costume. You will NOT be disappointed.

Okay first off, they are way cuter in person, which is saying a lot bc the pics are so cute!! They are so super soft and floofy - my girlfriend is obsessed(don’t get it twisted, I got myself a bigger one lol)!!! I did have a small issue, and the company was not only kind and generous in their response, but they were so fast in their response time! 10/10 would buy again.

We love Broody in our house. He's so cuddly and my granddaughter wont leave him alone. He comes package in a very small bag, but dont worry, once he is open he bounces out to a full size. This is definitely worth the money.

Grumpy is excellent quality! Immediately brightened up my office. I had intended giving it to my grand daughter but the office people loved him so much we had to set him up his own quarters and I had to order another..or two..
Arrived quickly. Nice people at the Customer Care.

Ordered for my 12 year old daughter who resembles this bunny. Did not arrive in time for Christmas as was intimated by the ad, but more importantly the ear fell off within 2.5 months. “Customer service”— I use the term loosely said there was nothing they can do as it had been longer than 3 days. Buyer beware.

Can’t be happier with my order. Ordering anything online is alway a worry are you getting what you see. With Broody I definitely got what I saw online. I am so pleased with my purchase and I am glad I bought 2

Just received mine. He is so snuggly soft. And he is so cute I can’t stop looking at him. My dog wants one! 🤣 I won’t let her play with mine. Size is perfect for loving on.

Broody Bunny came to me in excellent time, considering the length of the trip he took to get here.
I found a small hole in his armpit. Customer service is right on top of it and are sending me a new Broody.
I love this little dude.

These little angry balls of fur are amazing. Both my kid and wife love theirs. From the moment they were unpackaged they were already at a home. If you want to brighten up anyone’s day, give them a Broody.

Had problems with shipping and my package going missing completely. I contacted the company and they are shipping out a new one right away. I'm so grateful they are willing to help. Wonderful customer service and phenomenal support. Thank you. I cant wait to meet my lil Broody.

So we got our original Broody, and, unfortunately he came with a minor injury (a small hole under his arm). We contacted customer service just to let them know and they immediately sent us a new one. My son did “surgery” and saved the original. But now we are slightly concerned… The 2 Broodys together were caught doing a ritual! Candles and all! We just wanted to let everyone know, you may want to watch them carefully if you have more than one!!

This purchase was during a really difficult time for my family as we’ve been going through some personal issues, and the message behind this brand truly resonated with me. Instead of pretending everything is okay or forcing happiness, Broody represents something honest that it’s okay to feel moody, sad, or not quite yourself sometimes.

That authenticity really meant something to us.

On top of that, the customer service from Diana was absolutely beautiful. Kind, understanding and genuinely thoughtful. You can feel that this isn’t just a business it’s a brand with heart.

During a time when we needed something small but meaningful, this brought comfort in a way I didn’t expect.
