Lovely to have free local delivery
Lovely to have free local delivery; the product itself, a Ganni skirt, is beautiful.

That is very kind of you to leave that review... It's so very much appreciated.
Brilliant service
Ordered gorgeous Stine Goya dress, arrived super quick and added surprise bonus of ‘birthday discount’ which made the price unbeatable. Not my first online purchase here and won’t be my last. Excellent service!!

Ex display and soiled
I bought some shoes in the sale but they arrived dirty and spotted on the upper as had been ex-display. I returned them and received a refund for the returns postage. I always support small local businesses so this was unfortunate

Thanks for taking the time to leave the review Jo...
Old stock and display models do get tried on unfortunately and as a small, family run indie business we can't afford to hold lots of stock.
We wouldn't advertise this in the product description if that's what you were referring to as it's generic description. However, we should have flagged it to you when we sent it out, i guess the girls missed this when packing so apologies for that.
We do normally contact the customer if spotted and offer a discount. Again, sorry this has not happened.
Try one of the major commercial websites who may have fresh stock of the trainer you're trying to get and lots of sizes, may be better for you.
Also, we saw they were slightly dirty on the sole, we couldn't see any scuffs though, do you have anymore specific info on that?
Much Love, Bernard x

Our EPOS provider was hacked recently and has sent our stock management system into chaos... Apologies.
Best of luck with the tennis x
Quick refund.
I made an error in the order. Meet Bernard immediately cancelled the order and refunded me without delay.

Lack of basic service
Purchased two items, charged for both. One out of stock so you ask me what I want to do - that’s fine but how can you charge me for something you don’t have. Ask for refund, no response. Send another email - no response. This isn’t customer service
Just seen a response - yes emailed three times after I left the review, what an amazing coincidence. I used to be a regular purchaser when you had the shop in Greenwich, on the basis of your response don’t worry, I won’t be shopping with you again.

Gavin,
We emailed you 3 times about this asking what you wanted to do and processed your refund as soon as we heard from you.
I'm not sure we could have done much more.
we're not Amazon here just a small independent store. We'll try to be quicker in future.
Thanks for the kind review though.
Thanks for editing your review.
As you well know we haven’t emailed you at all after your review with trustpilot, that’s very dishonest of you and a total lie.
That’s such a shame from a former regular customer who if was a regular customer would know us better.
We’ll miss you as a customer and only hope you can find your order for a pen and notepad on much more efficient commercial websites.
Great customer service and product
