Meet Bernard Arvostelua

Fantastic service, lovely touch with his perosnal letter.

I love their instagram fashion stories, I love the shop’s personality. I love the brands they stock. I just wish I lived closer to visit their shop! The internet order was a dream from start to finish…

I ordered wrong size and they were very quick to respond and helpful.

Just posted it back and had the correct size a few days later! The trousers I bought were also cheaper than what I found in another store which was great.

such as good shop to buy from. Latest clothes and trends.

Great shop with great choices. Always a good experience.

Great. Super helpful staff and nice clobber

Great shop with a keen eye for style. Always has something a little different.

Speedy delivery, easy returns process and a lovely little handwritten thank you note from Ryan - a great shop with superb brands and choice and one I’ll definitely be buying from regularly.

First class service and great quality items!

Great jacket and great service

What a beautiful store with amazing customer service from start to finish. Couldn’t be more helpful. Ryan - total legend. Thanks guys. Ross (@hereforthegarms)

I purchased an amazing pair of YMC Alva Skate Pants which were received, well packaged, with an on-time delivery.

‘Meet Bernard’ has a wonderful collection of garments that offer a casual look for any need, be that everyday wear such as the YMC pants I purchased or clothing for a more dressy function. Take a look and be sure to follow their Instagram for regular fit updates.

Customer service was on point, the hand written note thanking me for my custom was a classy touch and made me feel like I received an in-person shopping experience. It’s much better to support independents like “Meet Bernard” to receive the full customer care, it feels like every order they receive means a great deal to them, rather than the mass generated invoice/dispatch note you may receive from others.

All round it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I will be back soon.

Great company great clothes great service

Great service and great shirt. Meet Bernard sells wonderful clothes.

Extremely helpful when I phoned to ask about sizing. Went the extra mile!

Fabulous customer service!

Great independent shop selling awesome brands! I ordered some socks online and they emailed straight away to say they were so sorry they had sold out of the colour I wanted, so suggested another colour which promptly arrived a couple of days later. Love to support independent shops, their customer service is the best!!
